China's research and use of Chinese herbal medicines can be traced back thousands of years ago,the natural resources of a large species.However,with the destruction of the natural environment,people wantonly predatory harvest and extinction hunting makes the wild,natural quality of Chinese herbal medicine showed a significant decline in the number of trends.With the improvement of people's safety awareness and the current chaotic market phenomenon,consumers pay more and more attention to medicine safety and quality problems.This article research and designs the traceability system of authentic Chinese herbal medicine from three aspects:hardware,algorithm and software.Combine wireless sensor nodes with RPID tag readers.In the entire supply chain process to reduce the pressure of RFID upload,improve work efficiency and accuracy.The data collision is a kind of unavoidable troubles in the data upload.In this article,the RFID anti-collision algorithm is improved,so that the improved algorithm is more suitable for the case of large number of tags and wide distribution area.Data through the ZigBee network node upload to the server side will also face a large number of data blockage,The AODV routing protocol combined with the ant colony algorithm can allocate the ZigBee routing node path according to the factors such as the amount of pheromone,the number of hops,and so on.Reduce path selection congestion level and increase path utilization.The article constructs the overall framework of the traceability system and performs the performance test on the related hardware.In the application layer using B/S architecture to build quality traceability system,To achieve the user,label,supply chain module and other aspects of the management.for consumers and managers to provide operational tracking.Theory and practice closely,for the project to add more practical significance.The innovation of this paper is summarized as follows:1?In the system hardware design RFID technology and ZigBee technology integration,make up for the simple use of RFID technoloy in the acquisition process of the one-sidedness and redundancy and other issues.2?This paper provides the relevant basis for the design and implementation of the project according to the improved RFID anti-collision algorithm and the AODV routing protocol based on ant colony algorithm.Which minimizes the collision transmission loss and uses the ant colony algorithm to optimize the routing choice of the routing node.3?Set up a more complete quality traceability system,the form of five modules on the production and processing of medicinal herbs and all other aspects of systematic management.
