Background Sit ups as the main military training in the recruits,because of its effects on the waist of human body,become the main reason for low back pain in the new recruits;to investigate and to study low back pain incidence in recruits caused by sit ups training to understand its etiology and characteristics,which maybe have a certain guidelines for military training and security for recruits.Objectives to survey and to collect the data of the low back pain disease caused by sit ups traing in the recuits in a troop,and through Injury history collection,muscle surface electromyographys,serological examination(CK-MM and SOD)and MRI examination to analyze the etiology and characteristics of low back pain,to explore the relationships between the frequency training and intensity training of sit ups training in lower back pain,and to discuss the differences of surface EMG signals between sit-ups training and improved sit-ups training.which meybe provide the theoretic basis for appropriate protective measures,prevention and early treatment of low back pain.Methods Randomly selected a total of 376 male recruits which were recruited in 2015 for enlistment training,in accordance with the frequency training and intensity training,frequency training divided into 35 times/2min,35-70 mimes/2min and more than 70 times/2min three groups,intensity training also divided into daily routine training(2 times),plus a daily training(3 times daily),plus training two times(4 times daily)three groups at the frequency training of 35times/2min,then in accordance with the criteria,the recruits with the low back pain are classified into different types of low back pain disorders(muscle low back pain,discogenic low back pain,bone joint pain),the data collected and analyzed by 2 full-time medical staffs for the training of recruits of LBPdiagnosis,supplemented by MRI after training,and then Chi square analyzed the collection data.To discuss the differences of surface EMG signals between sit-ups training and improved sit-ups training,we randomly selected a total of 128 male recruits which were recruited between May.2015 and August 2015,divided into four groups: A group,B group,C grou Pand D group,every grou Phas 32 members.A and B grou Pwere trained by traditional sit ups,the frequency training of A grou Pis 35 times/2 min,total 6min/d;the frequency training of B grou Pis 70 times/2 min,total 6min/d;C and D grou Pwere trained by improved sit ups,the frequency training of C grou Pis 35 times/2 min,total 6min/d;the frequency training of D grou Pis 70 times/2 min,total 6min/d;to detect muscle surface electromyography,the expression of CK-MM and SOD and MRI at 2,4,6 and 8 weeks.Then the results were analyzed by one-way ANOVA.Result In the 376 male recruits which were recruited in 2015 for enlistment training,all there were 155 cases low back pain patients which caused by sit ups training directly,the incidence rate was 41.22%;the incidence rate reached the highest(50.32%)after second and third weeks of sit ups training.in the frequency training grou P(182 in total),with the increase of training frequency,the cases of low back pain patients increased;discogenic low back pain were 47 cases(25.82%),is the highest;followed by muscle pain(12.64% in total);Chi square analysis show that P<0.05;in the strength training grou P(194 in total),myogenic low back pain is 44 cases(57.1% in total),is the highest;followed by the discogenic low back pain(13.40% in total);Chi square analysis show that P<0.05.To discuss the differences of surface EMG signals between sit-ups training and improved sit-ups training,there was no significant difference in RMS value between these groups at 2 and 4 weeks(P> 0.05).The RMS value of the grou PC was higher than that of grou PA and B at 6 weeks(P< 0.05),and the difference was more obvious at 8 weeks(P< 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the grou PC and D(P> 0.05).The CK-MM and SOD levels at any time in grou PC were higher than those in grou PA(P<0.05),but lower than grou PD(P< 0.05),there were no significant differences between grou PC and grou PB(P> 0.05).MRI examination showed that at 2,4,6 weeks,all the groups had no positive changes,the 1 case in grou PB trained of the rectus muscle appeared fuzzy linear or patchy shadow at 8 weeks,T1 WI appeared low signal and T2 WI appeared high signal.The rest of groups had no positive expression.Conclusion The greater intensity training and the higher frequency training is an important cause for occurrence of low back pain,the control of intensity training and frequency training will hel Preduce the occurrence of low back pain.improved Sit-ups helps to kee Pthe trunk core musclestrength balance and reduce the local muscle damage.
