The Research On Demand Analysis And Application Model Of Big Data In Comprehensive Hospitals

With information technology developing fast,modern society is entering into the era of big data.After major fields of retailing,the communication and internet,a revolutionary medical change motivated by big data has been coming.In the process of medical information construction,the comprehensive hospitals have accumulated vast and complex medical health big data,which is necessary to be utilized and mined effectively.However,there are some problems exposed: no unified research or research with slow development.From the perspective of management on the basis of fully learning about the research and application conditions of medical health big data,this research deeply analyze factors influencing limiting big data of popular application in comprehensive hospitals,and systematically dissect the inner demand of medical personnel for big data application while according to demand characteristics the application model of medical big data in comprehensive hospitals is designed and practiced,providing the reference for application management and research promotion of big data in comprehensive hospitals.First,in this research the literature analysis was applied to systematically dig out the connotation or relationship among big data,medical health big data and big data in hospital and profoundly discussed the domestic and overseas research and application conditions of big data and summarized major problems and challenges of big data application in hospitals currently,as proposed the suggestion and policies.Second,on the basis of literature analysis,through expert consultation method the questionnaire about the influencing factors and active demands of big data application in hospitals was designed.The survey was conducted among 104 medical personnel from different positions of 64 comprehensive hospitals,like scientific research,administrative management or medical technology,in which influencing factors of limiting the widespread application of big data in comprehensive hospitals were combed and the different demand and development tendency related with big data application in comprehensive hospitals were analyzed.At last,in accordance of demand analysis result,the application model which was related with high demand for fields of big data application was designed and practiced by literature analysis and expert interviews.Therefore,there were four findings in this research:First,there were challenges about big data application in hospitals,which couldn't meet the application need of medical personnel.Even though big data information technology developed rapidly,the research manifested that information technology of instability,data mining and integrating of high difficulty,application demand and strategy of uncertainty were major challenges.Generally,the application popularity degree of big data in hospitals was at a low level,as couldn't effectively meet the application need of medical personnel.Second,the big data application in hospitals had been restricted by current management mode and strengthening top-level design should be demand-orientated.Through survey analysis on influencing factors of big data application in comprehensive hospitals,application and promotion was the direct factor affecting the popularity of big data application in hospitals while management mode was the fundamental factor affecting the popularity of big data application in hospitals.During the process of big data application management and development,the practical demand of medical personnel should be considered thoroughly through top-level design and the management paradigm of big data in hospitals should be formed,continuously lifting the popularity degree of big data application.Third,the diversity of big data application demand suggested that precision medicine-oriented big data application should be the breakthrough point for promotion and development.Through survey analysis research found comprehensive hospitals had contained abundant data resources and also had the urgent need for big data application.The diverse application demand among medical personnel manifested that the precision medicine-oriented application demand was highest in all investigation items.Without doubt the comprehensive hospitals should promote the implementation of big data application for precision medicine.Fourth,the application model centered on precision medicine based on medical health big data had been designed and piloted.This research design had established the implementation path of precision medicine,which included the knowledge system,integrated technology and management mode motivated by big data,and an example of clinical typical application for precision medicine model.Therefore,based on a certain comprehensive hospital,the precision medicine application model had been developed and practiced.This research systematically combed and summarized the domestic and overseas conditions of big data application in hospitals and conducted a survey for practical reality of big data application in domestic comprehensive hospitals,figuring out the influencing factor on big data application promotion in hospitals.Contemporarily,from the point of view of management,this survey on practical demand of medical personnel for big data application in comprehensive hospitals has provided the attitude and characteristics for big data application.In addition,this research has conducted a scientific design and pilot for application model of precision medicine filed,which is the highest application demand among comprehensive hospitals.With the continuous and deep going research,the revolutionary innovation for medical service model of big data era would be initiated,which is functioning as the guiding and leading role.
