| Background: Schizophrenia is a severe mental illness, etiology is not clear.Its symptoms involve thinking, emotion, will and behavior. Most schizophrenia relapse tendency .Inadequate treatment to patients often leads to mental disability, make the patients lose contact with environment, professional ability is also disappeared,unable to normal social interaction .Patients who suffered from schizophrenia disease is often associated with cognitive impairment. At present the main treatment of Schizophrenia mainly rely on drugs .Drug efficacy,but long time use of large dose of western medicine in the treatment of schizophrenia ,can lead to inevitably sleep disorder,extrapyramidal side effects, which patients can not accept.They can't continue to adhere to drug therapy and was forced to stop drugs ,lead to illness repeatedly.Moreover,many patients with schizophrenia improvement is just on the mental symptoms,many psychological problems not completely correct, at the same time ,the social widespread prejudice and discrimination in patients with schizophrenia, it is very easy to cause depression despair, low self-evaluation in schizophrenia patients,produce disease shame and inferiority complex, all of this might cause the patient's social anxiety, influence patients back to family and society,caused the patient's society retreat and the shrinking . For rehabilitation treatment in patients with schizophrenia, because of the lack of psychiatry, need a echelon effectively undertake, help rehabilitation schizophrenia patients psychological growth and recovery, to adapt to the society, gradually decreasing dosage, reduce the recurrence. At present domestic try using psychotherapy, including group psychological therapy, combined with western medicine drugs technology such as shadowboxing,improve the social adaptability of schizophrenia convalescence,reduce recurrence has obtained the certain effect.TCM psychology is a new branch of science,it is also the combinated product of modern Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)psychology and western psychology,which was firstly proposed by professor Weidong Wang from psychology department of the Guang'anmen affiliated hospital of China academy of traditional Chinese medicine .Professor Wang import low Resistance theory to Chinese guidance, qigong therapy and hypnotherapy .thus create TIP technology of TCM, the technology is through the induction of language and behavior to adjust patients to a low resistance state, and then the therapist carry out psychological treatment. Its core content includes the WMPI, outline operation and "regrow therapy" . Assignments and have traceability through the outline type personality development questionnaire, the therapist can understand enough to patients .Professor Wang puts forward that childhood truma and growth with absence are two core pathogenesis of abnormal psychological development.And regrowth therapy is the very therapeutic method for abnormal psycho-development of growth with deviation and absence.In a low resistance state,thought imprint adapts patients to situations and stories of normal developmental elements and phases at different periods of patients,and induces them to be in consecutive imagination to finally correct the abnormal personality tendency and improve the psychotherapeutic level,improve the ability of deal with and solve problems, to help people build a healthy personality .The method has been widely used in the treatment of patients with insomnia and depression, curative effect is distinct, in clinical, rehabilitation for some patients with schizophrenia has obtained the good curative effect. So,Can TIP technology of TCM in rehabilitation of schizophrenia play a better therapeutic effect?If it is effective, what is the mechanism of change, is it suitable for all schizophrenia ?And which kind of people, TIP technology of TCM can be applied in the rehabilitation in the treatment of schizophrenia,that is the main motivation of this study.Purpose: Of this study is to trace and analyze two cases of convalescence paranoid schizophrenia treated with TIP technology of TCM after hallucinations,delusions and other major changes in mental symptoms and psychological questionnaire survey, and through two cases of convalescence paranoid schizophrenia patients treated with TIP technology of TCM systemly to analyze the TIP technology of TCM in the treatment of schizophrenia in the effectiveness of positive symptoms such as hallucinations delusion, and its internal mechanism and characteristics, which provides new thinking for the clinical treatment of mental illness, for TIP technology of TCM used in the treatment of mental illness in some main mental symptoms to provide more detailed examples and experience, for the technology in the general hospital clinical popularization and application of psychological clinic to provide experience and insights. Also for the recovery of the patients with schizophrenia,reduce recurrence,return to society smoothly and provide useful clinical information.Methods: This case uses the qualitative research as research method ,in a case study for the total design strategy ,combined qualitative tools. Purposeful sampling,the selection of two rehabilitation with no family history of schizophrenia patients,respectively, for five months (November 2015 - April 2016), 4 months (November 2016 - April 2017), 33 and 34 TIP of TCM psychotherapy, (the actual number and weekly frequency of treatment in patients with according to the needs of the patient will have change,this research mainly focus in the treatment of symptoms before and after contrast, to verify that the psychological TIP treatment have effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine). Detailed and timely record every psychotherapy process and psychological diary that patients wrote after each treatment,made into written records. Through the patients' outline operation content, each treatment records, the patient's psychological diary text analysis, read over and over again,to find the correlation between events and symptoms,treatment of patients in the process of change and growth, cognitive and mental symptoms in patients with specific and clarity of the analysis of change or disappear.According to the WMPI before and after treatment in patients with comparative analysis of the changes in patients with documented description,With personality growth factor perspective, through the narrative analysis, in patients with therapeutic change and change mechanism of eeg, details and mechanism in this paper. Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine mental TIP technology in the process of treatment for patients with the mechanism of action of delusion, illusion corresponding psychological theory explanation.Results:(1)The main psychiatric symptoms of two paranoid schizophrenics, such as hallucinatory?delusions, showed significant improvement after treatment, with significant clinical effects.TIP technology of TCM improved self-knowledge,improved recognition of hallucinatory delusion, and increased emotional control.(2)After TIP technology of TCM treatment with systemic personality"growth" ,The comparison of psychological measurements (MMPI?WMPI?BPRS)before and after treatment of the two patients showed significant differences in the clinical effect.(3)Study about the patient's psychological diary found that,although influenced by personality foundation and environment and the mood, the main mental symptoms and personality growth some repeatedly , but in TIP technology of "personality" of TCM treatment,patients' mental symptoms tend to be more positive overall,Personality is maturing.(4)In the study of the patients' psychological diaries, they found that the cognitie effect of the patient on the previous negative events was affected. Patients xu repeatedly cling to "be father beat and scold at street" event, the psychological TIP treatment of TCM for many times, after give emotional catharsis, rational cognition,patients' self immersed "to" ego "to pull away the adaptability of introspection, after that appeared more rapid change and personality growth, reveals the patients under treatment in the process of information, the cognitive understanding - internalization is a process. The adaptive transformation of self-reflection perspective is a difficult to capture in the treatment process, and this transition plays an important role in the treatment of patients.Conclusion:(1) TIP technology of TCM in convalescence paranoid schizophrenia patients with delusions of illusion has a therapeutic effect. Can reduce the dose of antipsychotic drugs in clinic, and reduce the side effects of drugs, enhance the patients compliance,reduce recurrence as a result of premature discontinuation.(2) The TIP therapeutic mechanism of patients psychological associated personality"growth", and this process is treated with TIP technology of TCM for many kinds of thinking mode and the imagine technology, can provide a meaningful information about treatment,this treatment is the premise of effective patients have self-knowledge, this kind of psychological treatment technology should attach importance to it in the practice and research.(3) Schizophrenia is associated with a strong mental stimulation, also related to its basic personality tendency. Improper family education way is likely to be early onset age of paranoid schizophrenia.(4) The combination of qualitative research tools to dig psychotherapy important but easily neglected in the process of information, which maximizes the value of a case. |
