With the deepening of the reform of public hospitals,public hospitals are facing new development opportunities and challenges.Faced with these opportunities and challenges,Nanning R hospital needs to explore the right direction for hospital development,To formulate scientific and rational planning and development strategy.This paper analyzes the political environment,economic environment,social environment,technological environment,industrial environment and competitors of Nanning R hospital,Through the analysis of EFE matrix and the external factors that influence the development of Nanning R hospital,the author analyzes and comments on the evaluation,Thus,we can draw the conclusion that is the Nanning R hospital faced with opportunities and threats,and opportunity is greater than the threat of external environment.This paper analyzes the internal conditions of Nanning R hospital,including the resources and ability of the hospital,Through the analysis of IFE matrix and the internal factors that affect the development of Nanning R hospital,the author analyzes and comments on the evaluation,Thus,it is concluded that the Nanning R hospital is faced with the advantages and disadvantages,and advantages outweigh the disadvantages of the internal environment.Through the SWOT analysis tool,we get four alternative strategies,Then consider the implementation of the program and possible consequences,It is concluded that the Nanning R hospital should choose the strategy of diversification and the competitive strategy of differentiation.Finally,from the financial management,human resources,information management,brand building,medical quality management and other aspects of the development strategy of Nanning R hospital provides safeguards.
