MNA score?23.5),253(69.3)Nutritional normal(MNA score ?24).7.The main factors influencing the nutritional status of elderly patients were:economic status, the number of chronic diseases, age, ability of daily activities, scores of depression, and whether they focused on nutrition knowledge.Which was negatively correlated with the number of illnesses, age and depression of chronic diseases, and positively correlated with economic status, daily activities and whether or not attention was paid to nutrition knowledge.Conclusion1.among the 365 hospitalized patients,24(6.6%)had malnutrition and 88(24.1%)had a malnutrition risk(1 7 ? MNA score? 2 3-5)according to the MNA score,,253(69.3)normal nutrition(MNA score ?24).2.The main factors influencing the nutritional status of elderly patients were:economic situation, the number of chronic diseases, age, daily ability, depression score, and whether they focused on nutrition knowledge.3.the relevant medical institutions should be on the elderly hospitalized the nutritional status of early screening and assessment to early detection of the risk of malnutrition in the crowd, combined with the relevant factors, the development of specific and practical three-level prevention program.
