BACKGROUDAlong with the online learning environment is becoming more and more mature,the higher education of our country with unprecedented speed to achieve the supernormal leapfrog development,at the same time,The flood of MOOC has brought important opportunities for teaching reform.The world council of open and distance education are also put forward:blended learning mode gradually into the mainstream learning forms,is one of the five major trends of open and distance education development.In the context of MOOC,the practice of nursing professional hybrid teaching has been started with the strong support of mixed teaching in colleges and universities."Health assessment" is one of the main courses in the school's nursing specialty,and is also a national quality resource sharing course.Being the bridge between nursing foundation course and professional course,the course has both theoretical study and operational practice.By learning this course to understand the content and method of health assessment,nursing diagnosis thinking method,in order to identify health problems,put forward the nursing diagnosis,and to provide evidence for the correct nursing measures.What is the reason and motivation of our research that how to improve students' academic performance and their awareness of self-study and teamwork.PURPOSEUnderstanding the students' requirements for the "health assessment"course,which is based on the school's Moodle platform.To design and implement the hybrid teaching of health assessment,and study the difference between hybrid teaching and traditional classroom teaching.Determining which type of teaching is more conducive to improving student achievement and practice ability,the students'self-study consciousness,and teamwork ability.To provide some reasonable reference and practical experience for nursing specialty hybrid teaching.OBJECT AND METHODS1 OBJECTIVE1.1 Prophase Object:Inclusion Criteria:(1)Nursing students from Southern Medical University;(2)Volunteer to participate in the questionnaire survey.1.2 Anaphase Object:(1)148 undergraduate second year nursing students from Southern Medical University;(2)The experimental group of 72 people(66women,6 men),The control group 76 people(70 women,6 men).Both groups had no statistical differences(P<0.05)in age(the experimental group:20.90±1.04,the control group:20.64±0.99)and average performance last term(the experimental group:77.24±4.89,the control group:77.68±5.01).2 METHODS2.1 The Questionnaire SurveyThe investigation of 530 nurses was conducted by compiling a survey on the situation that 'university students assess the demand for health assessment on the Moodle platform(See appendix 1),and the investigation of 148 nursing students was conducted by the survey on the situation that nursing students were satisfied with the study of health assessment(See appendix 2).2.2 Experimental MethodologyTask team spent almost a year and a half to design and produce health assessment course on the Moodle platform,and implement the course.The experimental group accepted hybrid teaching,which is based on Moodle platform,the control group accepted traditional face-to-face classroom teaching.2.3 Statistical MethodsThis paper mainly uses the percentage and the mean ±the standard deviation to describe the basic situation,and then a further analysis was conducted with two independent sample t tests.P<0.05 is difference,which has statistically significant.RESULTSIn the previous survey,65.6%nursing students showed a clear support for building health assessment course on the Moodle platform.In later grouping teaching practice,the two groups of nursing students in such aspects as test scores(the experimental group:73.23±2.65;the control group:69.45±6.56),operating performance(the experimental group:90.17±8.36;the control group:86.20±8.16),theoretical achievements(the experimental group:69.85±7.35;the control group:66.70±9.21)and overall operation(the experimental group:79.32±4.86;the control group:76.60±6.17),the average score of the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In such aspects as teaching situation,learning effect,self-study status,operating practice,and teamwork,the experimental group scored higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.CONCLUTIONIn the research practice of teaching methods in college nursing specialty,the effect of the blended teaching is better than single traditional face-to-face classroom teaching methods.The students of blended teaching group is higher than traditional teaching group at the aspect that is the proportion of self-study innovation consciousness and self-study ability raise.Schools and teachers should be on the premise of to stimulate students' autonomous learning consciousness,and combine with actual situation to adopt reasonable suggestions from the students for further improvement,and carry out teaching reform of blended teaching better in such aspects as the course form,content design,and evaluation.
