The Efficacy Of PFNA And Gamma3 Nail Internal Fixation In Treatment Of Intertrochanteric Fracture In Middle-aged And Elderly Patients:A Meta-analysis

Objective:Meta analysis of the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with proximal femoral nail(PFNA)and Gamma3 nail.Method:The use of computer retrieval Pubmed,Cochrane library,AO/ASIF database,Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang database,VIP database(VIP),manual retrieval and Department of orthopedics related conference papers and so on.A randomized controlled trial(RCT)and Retrospective Cohort Study(RCS)of PFNA and Gamma3 nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly was conducted.The selection of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative bed load time,TAD value,length of incision,Harris score excellent rate,healing time,postoperative complications as Meta evaluation criterion for fracture,making use of Cochrane Review Manager 5.3 Meta analysis.Results:A total of 12 articles were included in the Meta analysis results,a total of 1382 patients,including PFNA internal fixation in 727 cases,Gamma3 nail fixation in 655 cases.Compared with the Gamma3 nail group,PFNA group had shorter operative time,less bleeding,postoperative TAD value is small,but both in hospitalization time,fracture healing time,Harris hip score,the postoperative excellent rate and complications were compared,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The retrieved literatures show that PFNA fixation is Gamma3 type screw internal fixation in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture can effectively shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,postoperative TAD value,but in hospitalization time,fracture healing time,Harris hip score,postoperative rate and complications in the difference there were statistical significance.
