Objective: To determine whether the small trochanteric fracture has an effect on the recovery of hip function after the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with Gamma3 intramedullary nail.Evaluation of the role of femoral trochanter in functional recovery after intertrochanteric fracture.Provide guidance for the replacement of the displaced small trochanter for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with Gamma3 intramedullary nails. Methods: Data Patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures admitted to Qingdao Municipal Hospital during 2016-2018 were selected.According to the presence or absence of femoral trochanteric fractures,Inclusion samples that meet the requirements of the observations and exclude the non-conformity(50 cases per group). Each group underwent closed reduction and Gamma3 intramedullary nailing for intertrochanteric fractures.Collect general patient information and surgeryand postoperative complications. The Harris hip function score was followed up to compare the recovery of hip function after operation. At the same time, the FRS scoring system was used to compare the postoperative satisfaction of patientsResults: Points 1.There was no significant difference in age and gender between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative fluoroscopy of the small trochanter fracture group were higher than those of the small trochanter fracture group, and there was significant statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Harris hip function score between the small rotor group and the small rotor group(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in Harris hip function scores between 3 months and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the FRS scores of the small rotor group and the small rotor group(P>0.05).There was significant difference in FRS scores at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion: conclusion: 1.Compared with the case of non-fracture of the small trochanter, the trochanteric fracture, the intraoperative blood loss, the number of intraoperative fluoroscopy, and the difficulty of intraoperative reduction were significantly increased in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with Gamma 3;2.In terms of function, compared with the non-fracture,the hip joint function did not differ in function at 1 month after operation, but in the 3 and 6 months after surgery, the hip joint function was affected after the small rotor fracture;3.In terms of the impact on daily activities, the influence of the small trochanter fracture group in the first month and the third month after surgery was the same as that in the non-fracture group, but in the sixth month after surgery, the small trochanteric fracture affected the activities of daily living and life treatment.
