| Knee joint stiffness is one of the common complications after knee trauma.Due to the high cost,more complications and trauma,the method of conservative treatment is often used.In recent years,with the rapidly development of rehabilitation,rehabilitation therapy is applied universally in the treatment of joint stiffness.Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,massage,acupuncture,etc.can also be seen in clinical treatment.Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation therapy is more conducive to the recovery of joint activity.Objictive: To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on the treatment of knee-joint stiffness after trauma.Methods: From January 2015 to December2016,64 patients with knee-joint stiffness were selected.They were divided into comprehensive treatment group and rehabilitation group randomly,with 32 case in each group.The rehabilitation group were given Joint mobilization and strength training,and the comprehensive treatment group were given Joint mobilization and strength training combined with Chinese herbs fumigating and washng.The clinic therapeutic effect and the functional recovery of knee-joint ativity in both groups wer compared.Results :the ttherapeutic excellent and good rate in the comprehensive treatment group was90.63%,obviously higher than 71.88% in the rehabilitation group with a statisyical difference(p<0.05).The observation group had knee-joint ROM score before treatment as(45.28±26.54)points and the rehabilitation group had knee-joint score(46.38±25.31)points,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),and the the comprehensive treatment group had knee-joint ROM score after treatment as(110.32±19.61)points higher than(102.54±16.71)points in the rehabilitation group,with a statistical difference(p<0.05).Conclusion : Comprehensive rehabilitatin can improve the function of knee joint and prompt the recovery of them.It can be promoted and applied in clnic. |
