ObjectiveExplore the relationship between Blood lipid(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C)and its related factors(BMI,SBP,DBP,et al)and type2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Focusing on testing the ability of leading disease about the factor of blood fat and blood pressure,and distinguish the cause of the diffent conclusion.Provide suggestions for type 2 diabetes prevention.MethodThe case-control method of 1:1 ratio was adopted.A sample of 286 pairs was selected in four tertiary hospitals in jinzhou city.The way of information collected was questionnaire investigation and medical index inspection records.The tools consists of health questionnaire and medical report.Selected new cases of type 2 diabetes as case group.According to the matching conditions,selected the control group from the physical examination center database.Statistics analysis using SPSS21.0,Single factor analysis method for the measurement data using analysis of variance and t-test,counting data using X2test;Multiple factors analysis method using the conditional Logistic regression analysis.Results1.The demographic characteristics of case and control such as age,gender,ethnic,cultural degree,etc of case and control groups,they were through balance test,the difference was no statistically significant(p >0.05).2.Result of X2-test and t-test between case and control groups about bloodlipid and related factors,the difference exist statistically significant(P <0.05),su-ch as,triglycerides(TG),Highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC),low Density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),family history(FH)and body mass index(BMI).By gender classification analysis is slightly different.4.The conditional logistic regression analysis showed:(1)BMI,TG,LDL-C,TC,FH,SBP and DBP are associated with T2DM(P<0.05).The relative risk and 95% confidence interval,respectively(ORTG=1.163,95%CI:1.009~1.341;ORLDL=1.776,95%CI:1.231~2.562;ORTC=1.694,95%CI:1.393~2.062;ORBMI=1.184,95%CI:1.101~1.273;ORFH=1.375,95%CI:1.074~1.758;ORSBP=1.041,95%CI:1.031~1.050;ORDBP=1.013,95%CI:1.003~1.023).(2)The correlation between T2DM and TC,TG,SBP,DBP has the gender differences.In male crowd:(1)DBP has nothing to do with the T2DM(P =0.545),but the SBP has the correlation with T2DM(ORSBP =1.021,95%CI:1.009~1.033);(2)TC not into the model,but the TG has the correlation with T2DM(ORTG=1.245,95%CI:1.071~1.447).In female crowd:(1)SBP has nothing to do with the T2DM(P=0.312),but the DBP has the correlation with T2DM(ORDBP =1.018,95%CI:1.005~1.032);(2)TG not into the model,but the TC has the correlation with T2DM(OR TC=2.418,95%CI:1.777~3.291).Conclusion1.In the crowd of institution officers in jinzhou area:The higher TC,TG,LDLC,LDL-C,overweight and family history can increase the risk of T2DM.But the higher HDL-C can reduce the risk of T2DM.2.In the crowd of institution officers in jinzhou area:The pathogenic role of TG and TC to T2DM has the gender differences.In male crowd,TG can heighten the risk of T2DM,but TC has nothing to do with the T2DM.In female crowd,TC can heighten the risk T2DM,but TG has nothing to do with the T2DM.3.In the crowd of institution officers in jinzhou area: There is weak link of SBP and DBP to T2DM and has the gender differences.In male crowd,SBPcan heighten the risk of T2DM,but DBP has nothing to do with the T2DM.In female crowd,DBP can heighten the risk T2DM,but SBP has nothing to do with the T2DM.
