Objective:To explore in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)risk factor for cardiovascular disease,to reduce the T2DM disease of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, prevention of T2DM patients with poor prognosis and provide a scientific basis for improve the quality of survival.Method:Based on 2011 national multicenter study, namely "cancer risk in type 2 diabetes clinical research" project, and then obtain the dalian community residents epidemiological investigation of baseline data,in order to create dalian survey in the queue. The study was conducted using a case-control study of the proportion of 648 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus in 2011(excluding patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases). The research for the follow-up of new diagnosis in 2014 cases of 146 cases of heart cerebrovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes, and according to gender, age, the same community and age within 3 years as a condition for matching, the control group did not occur to follow-up the queue heart cerebrovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes. In the control group, there were 292 patients in the control group.Using SPSS 21.0 statistical software, the Logistic regression analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis of the data were carried out to obtain the risk factors for the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in T2DM patients.Result:1.The total number of patients in this study was 146,with an average age of(64.46 + 2.25 years),with 37 males and 25.34%of the total population. The number of women was 109,accounting for 74.66%.The control group screened 292 people.2.T2DM produce disease of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular 1:2 matched Logistic single factor regression analysis results showed that the number of overweight and obesity in the case group significantly higher than the proportion of cases in the proportion of overweight and obesity,in patients with type 2 diabetes in overweight people in the risk of cardiovascular disease compared with the normal population increased 2.374 times(?2=10.676,P?0.676),(OR=2.374,95%CI= 2.374?3.988);The risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in patients with type 2 diabetes was 2.168 times higher than that in normal population(?2=6.999,P=0.008),(OR=2.168,95%CI=1.222?3.846).Waist-to-hip ratio anomaly in case group number significantly higher than the proportion of cases in the proportion of people who waist-to-hip ratio anomaly,waist-to-hip ratio in patients with type 2 diabetes abnormal people at risk of disease of heart head blood-vessel is 1.610 times that of the normal group(?2= 4.569,P?4.569),(OR=1.610,95%CI= 1.610?2.493);Compared with non-smoking type 2 diabetic patients, the risk of cardio-cerebrovascular disease in T2DM patients increased by 2.654 times(?2 =10.282,P=0.001),(OR=2.654,95%CI=1.461?4.819).In terms of physical activity, moderate physical activity in patients with type 2 diabetes risk of cardiovascular disease among those at risk compared with the normal group decreased 0.259 times(?2= 35.761,P = 35.761),(OR=0.259,95%CI= 0.259?0.403);The risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in patients with type 2 diabetes decreased by 0.206 times compared with that of the normal population(?2 =11.361,P=0.001),(OR=0.206,95%CI =0.082?0.516).In the history of disease, the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 2.353 times that of the normal population(?2=12.260,P=0.000),(OR=2.353,95%CI=1.458?3.799).3.1:2 matched multifactor conditional Logistic regression analysis results showed that smoking(OR=3.224,95%CI= 3.224?6.312)with fatty liver medical history(OR=1.912,95%CI= 1.912?3.222)happened in patients with type 2 diabetes independent risk factors for cardiovascular disease moderate physical activity and severe physical activity happened in patients with type 2 diabetes disease of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular of protection factor(OR=0.262,95%CI= 0.165?0.416);(OR= 0.222,95%CI? 0.086?0.575).Conclusion:1.The history of smoking and fatty liver disease is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in patients with type 2 diabetes.2.Moderate physical activity and severe physical activity are protective factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in patients with type 2 diabetes.
