Correlation Of Quality Of Life,Coping Style And Self-efficacy In Patients With Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis

ObjectiveThrough the investigation of chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients with general information,coping style,self-efficacy and quality of life,the analysis of general information on affecting the quality of life,coping style,self-efficacy,quality of life.And analysis of the relationship between self-efficacy,coping style and quality of life with the patients.The aim of this study was to provide scientific basis for optimizing the coping style and self-efficacy of patients with non-atrophic gastritis,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.MethodsThis study used convenience sampling method,the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were selected from Jinzhou city by gastroscope room examination for patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis as the research object.The general data questionnaire,SF-36,medical coping style questionnaire and general self-efficacy questionnaire were used.The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0,and descriptive analysis,single factor analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used.Results1.Chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients self-efficacy score 2.54 ± 0.64,lower than the national norm(P<0.05);the scores of coping style of patients with non-atrophic gastritis were confrontation16.55±3.90,lower than the national norm(P<0.05).The scores of coping style of patients with non-atrophic gastritis were avoidance 15.73±3.38 and yield 9.93±4.90,both higher than the national norm(P<0.05);quality of life of patients with gastritis total score was 60.20±21,the quality of life of the eight dimensions were lower than the national norm(P<0.05).2.Differences on self-efficacy in age,occupation,education level,marital status,personal monthly income,medical expenses payment were statistically significant(P<0.05);differences on confrontation in age,residence,occupation,education level,marital status,personal income,medical expenses payment were statistically significant(P<0.05);differences on avoidance in age,occupation,education level,marital status,personal monthly income,medical expenses payment were statistically significant(P<0.05);differences on yield in age,occupation,education level,marital status,personal monthly income,medical expenses payment were statistically significant(P<0.05);differences on quality of life in gender,age,occupation,education level,marital status,personal monthly income,medical expenses payment were statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Correlation analysis showed that self-efficacy was positively associated with quality of life,confrontation and avoidance was positively associated with quality of life,yield was negatively correlated with the quality of life,self-efficacy was positively associated with confrontation and avoidance,self-efficacy was negatively correlated with yield.4.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that education level and monthly income had a positive effect on self-efficacy,and age had a negative effect on self-efficacy.Self efficacy,personal monthly incomehad a positive effect on confrontation,and age had a negative effect on confrontation.Self efficacy,personal monthly income had a positive effect on avoidance.Self efficacy,personal monthly income had a negative effect on yield,and age had a positive effect on yield.Conclusions1.Chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients self-efficacy,confrontation and avoidance and life quality level is lower than the normal population,the yield are higher than that of normal people.2.Demographic variables had a certain effect on self-efficacy,coping style and quality of life in patients with non-atrophic gastritis.3.The higher the level of self-efficacy,the higher the quality of life of patients with non-atrophic gastritis.Take confrontation and avoidance of non-atrophic gastritis patients with high quality of life,take yield of patients with low quality of life.Positive coping style is conducive to the physical and mental health of patients,negative coping style to increase the physical and psychological burden of patients,reduce the standard of living.Avoidance coping styles in patients with atrophic gastritis is an effective way to avoid the pressure of non face disease.4.Self efficacy and coping style can directly affect the quality of life of patients with non-atrophic gastritis,self-efficacy also has an impact on coping styles,we can through enhance self-efficacy to influence coping style,and at last influence patients' quality of life.
