Coping Style ①Scores of active coping factor in patients with schizophrenia were lower and passive coping factor were higher than the control group. All discrepancies were statistically significant (P<0.01).②Only discrepancie on scores of active coping factor and passive coping factor among different occupations was statistically significant without impact of group factor (P<0.05).③The more severe social dysfunction, the stronger suicidal ideation and the more suicide behavior of patients with schizophrenia were, the lower their scores of active coping factor were (P<0.01). Scores of passive coping factor on disorganized schizophrenia and patients with schizophrenia who have suicidal ideation and suicide behavior were high (P<0.01).2. Quality of Life①Scores of all items and total score of quality of life in patients with schizophrenia were lower than normal control group (P<0.01).②Discrepancies on scores of quality of life in each factor in all subjects were not statistically significant without impact of group factor (P>0.05).③The more severe social dysfunction, the stronger suicidal ideation and the more suicide behavior of patients with schizophrenia were, the lower their scores of quality of life were(P<0.01).3. The relationship of quality of life and social function with coping styleThe scores of quality of life and social function are positive correlation of active coping factor (r=0.474, P<0.01; r=0.458, P<0.01). The scores of quality of life and social function are negative correlation of passive coping factor (r=-0.375, P<0.01; r=-0.175, P<0.05)..Conclusions1.
