1.The anti-inflammatory action of water decoction of Ajuga decumbensObjective: To probe into the anti-inflammatory medicinal value of Ajuga decumbensMethod: By means of establishing animal models in mice with acute pneumonia and rats with chronic cervicitis,administrate dose lavage with lower,medium and higher concentration gradients of water decoction of Ajuga decumbens upon the animal models;administrate dose lavage with lower,medium and higher concentration gradients of Acetylharpagide upon the animal models;make a contrast between the anti-inflammatory medicinal effect of both.Results: Compared with the model group,Ajuga decumbens group Significantly reduce the degree of inflammation.In the acute pneumonia experiment,average WBC and PMN of Ajuga decumbens group are 106.29×108/L ? 58.41×108/L,with average TNF-? and IL-1? of Ajuga decumbens group being 50.73pg/ml and 59.50pg/ml,which is significantly different from that of the model group.And Ajuga decumbens groups present dosage-effect;In the chronic cervicitis experiment,the PGE2 and cervical index of Ajuga decumbens group is on average 707.46pg/ml and 0.4762,down by 11.19% and 9.01% compared with the model group,reaching the significant difference level.As is suggested in the acute pneumonia experiment,the average values of WBC and PMN of the Ajuga decumbens group reduce by 4.3% and 1.7% compared with that of the Acetylharpagide group.Based on the analysis of TNF-? and IL-1?,the inhibitory effect of Ajuga decumbens water decoction upon inflammatory cells infiltration is a bit better than Acetylharpagide monomers,which signifies that there exist other ingredients in the Ajuga decumbens water decoction capable of the anti-inflammatory synergic effect;The chronic cervicitis experiment shows that the average values of cervical index and PGE2 of Acetylharpagide group are respectively 0.4768 and 702.13 pg/ml,not reaching the significant difference level compared with Ajuga decumbens group under the variance analysis,which accounts for the same effect of Ajuga decumbens water decoction and Acetylharpagide upon the chronic cervicitis.Conclusion: the water decoction of Ajuga decumbens is able to suppress the aggravation process of acute pneumonia,and has protective action upon chronic cervicitis;Acetylharpagide can alleviate symptoms of inflammation.2.A study on the separation and regulation upon blood lipid of Ajuga decumbents ketosteroidObjective: to screen for the optimum separation method of Ajuga decumbens ketosteroid,learn about the toxic and side effect as well as the effect of blood lipid regulation of Ajuga decumbens ketosteroidMethod: Use different solvents for extraction and separation of Ajuga decumbens ketosteroid,screen for the optimum process;set up hyperlipidemia animal model;feeding the animal model with Ajuga decumbens ketosteroid,and observe the changes of blood lipid.Results: The separation of Ajuga decumbens ketosteroid in process B is the optimal one;Ajuga decumbens ketosteroid is found with no toxic and side effect with mice and rats;Ajuga decumbens ketosteroid makes a difference to the blood lipid of model rats.Conclusion: Ajuga decumbens ketosteroid can be separating effectively,without obvious side effect in the growth of mice and rats.As for its medicinal value,further studying is needed.
