Given different interventions, vascular xenograft model oftumor volume measurement, monitoring of vascular tumor growth in nude micemodel in vivo; Experimental nude mouse model were sacrificed15days aftertreatment to remove the hemangioma made of slices, HE staining for histological analysis,And for immunohistochemistry (SP) staining of theexpression of HIF-1α、bcl-2and Ki-67positive index, analysis of hemangiomamodel in nude mice in vivo proliferation and apoptosis of the situation. Usingthe SPSS14.0statistical software for all experimental results were analyzedstatistically,P <0.05was thought to be significant difference.Results:Produced by vascular xenograft model of growth is good, hemangiomatumor the size of uniform,Control material, Ajuga decumbens Thunb, Ajugadecumbens Thunb and hormone, the hormone for15days,the control groupnude mouse model of vascular aneurysm volume continues to increase, thegross and microscopic observation of vascular aneurysm was the proliferationof change of the specimen; Ajuga decumbens Thunb group, the hormone group,Ajuga decumbens Thunb and hormone group nude mouse model of vascularaneurysm volume in the control group were reduced, hemangioma tumorvolume between groups were significant differences,tissue observed reducedvascular density, tumor atrophy, degeneration, occlusion of the vessel lumen,rupture, fat and fibrous tissues in the vascular infiltration, Ajuga decumbensThunb and hormone group, followed by the hormone group, Ajuga decumbensThunb group hemangioma tumor regression least. HIF-1α, bcl-2and Ki-67positive index of Ajuga decumbens Thunb group,hormone group, Ajugadecumbens Thunb and hormone group compared with control group werereduced, and compared between groups also have significantdifferences,positive index of HIF-1α, bcl-2and Ki-67in Ajuga decumbens Thunb and hormone group to reduce the most obvious,followed by the hormonegroup,Ajuga decumbens Thunb group tumor reduction with minimal.Conclusion:Ajuga decumbens Thunb topical can inhibit the proliferation of thetumor of nude mice model of hemangioma;Ajuga decumbens Thunb topicaland glucocorticoid (triamcinolone acetonide) in combination, the strongerinhibitory effect on the proliferation of vascular tumor transplantation model innude mice tumor alone casual Ajuga decumbens Thunb orglucocorticoid;Single Ajuga decumbens Thunb hemangioma nude mice modelof tumor proliferation inhibition is less than a single glucocorticoid;Ajugadecumbens Thunb topical inhibition of tumor proliferation of vascular tumorsin nude mice transplantation model, may be associated with the down ofHIF-1α and Ki-67and bcl-2expression levels.
