Evaluate The Clinical Efficacy Of Xuebijing Injection On Coagulation Function In Patients With Sepeis

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xuebijing injection on Sepsis Patients.Methods:According to the order of admission packet,42 case of sepsis patients in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were were divided into 2 groups:the conventional standard treatment plus Xuebijing treatment group(n=21)and the conventional standard treatment group(n=21)。 Xuebijing group was given Xuebijing injection 100mg/d,then compared their result of coagulation、platelet count、thrombelatography(TEG)result and APACH-II score.Results:(1)There is no statistically significant difference between 2 groups in their gender、age,neither in coagulation、platelet count、thrombelatography result and APACH-II score before all treatment.(2)7 days after treatment,the result of thrombelatography(TEG)showed that coagulation time(R)in Xuebijing group were significantly shorter than conventional standard treatment group.The maximum amplitude(MA)and blood cell aggregate formation rate(α)in Xuebijing group were significantly higher than those in conventional standard treatment group.The bood cell aggretate formation tin(K)is no statisticallysignificant difference between 2 groups.The platelet account in Xuebijing group was higher than conventional standard treatment group.APACHE-II score was lower in Xuebijing group.(3)There was 9 patients died,the mortality rate was42.85% in the treatment group and 11 cases(52.38%)in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the mortality rate.Conclusion: The addition of Xuebijing injection can improve the coagulation function of sepsis patients and improve the APACH-II score,but there is no obvious improvement to the mortality rate.
