Clinical Observation Of Yishui Huoxue Decoction In Treatment Of Isolated Systolic Hypertension In Elderly Patients

purpose:(EISH)was used as the research object,and the clinical observation of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction was carried out by TCM syndrome syndrome,endothelin,nitric oxide,angiotension Ⅱ,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and other indicators to track the clinical efficacy of Yishui Huoxue prescription and explore its antihypertensive point of a mechanism.method:(ISH),and 60 patients with age ≥ 60 years old were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group(30 cases)by randomized control group.The experimental group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue granule on the basis of the antihypertensive treatment of western medicine in the control group.The TCM syndrome scores,endothelin,nitric oxide,angiotensin Ⅱ and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure were observed before and after 2 weeks.While doing the registration of adverse reactions.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.(P <0.05).Conclusion: The experimental group is superior to the control group(P <0.05).There was a decrease in serum ET-1 level in both groups(P <0.05).But the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).In the case of nitric oxide,the levels of nitric oxide(NO)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(p <0.05),and the level of Yishui Huoxue group was better than that of the control group.The experimental group and the control group can reduce urinary albumin / urinary creatinine,urinary microprotein,but the control group in reducing the two levels less than the experimental group(P <0.05).The levels of Ang Ⅱ were significantly lower in both groups than in the control group(P <0.05).The two groups could reduce the blood pressure level of 24 hours,and the level of blood pressure in the experimental group was statistically significant compared with the control group.Conclusion:Yishui Huoxue Decoction can improve the antihypertensive level in the treatment of EHI of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome,and it is superior to the rate of blood pressure and the regulation of circadian rhythm.At the same time,but also reduce the elderly patients with plasma ET-1 levels,increased NO content,suggesting that water and blood circulation can only improve the function of vascular endothelial function of this mechanism.The advantage of antihypertensive may be related to reducing the level of Ang II and inhibiting the RASS system.In addition to reduce the amount of urine albumin,urinary albumin / urinary creatinine levels,indicating that the delay in renal function damage,the protection of the target organ has a role to be underestimated.
