Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Atopic Dermatitis With Jianpi Qufeng Method Combined With Skin Barrier Repair Milk

Objective: Using Jianpi Qufeng method combined with skin barrier repair milk for treating spleen deficiency and wind dryness type of atopic dermatitis,observe the clinical symptoms,quality of life score,dry index to improve the situation,to explore the repair effect of the combined therapy on skin barrier and safety evaluation.Methods: 90 patients who were eligible for inclusion were randomly divided into three groups:group A,group B and group C.30 patients in group A were given Desloratadine tablets oral;30 cases in group B,on the basis of the A group with skin barrier repair milk(Yuze skin barrier repair body lotion)for external use;C group of 30 cases,on the basis of the B group plus oral Chinese medicine.4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of two courses,at the end of each treatment period,we observed the changes of symptoms and signs,dry score and quality of life index,and calculated the SCORAD score,the score of life and the quality of life.Results:(1)Before treatment,the area of skin lesions,skin lesions severity,pruritus score and sleep score were compared: there was no significant difference between the three groups before treatment(p>0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment,there was still no significant difference between the three groups(p>0.05),the severity of lesions and pruritus and sleep scores were statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the treatment for 4 weeks,three groups have differences on the improvement of these three effects,and the A group <B group <C group;after 8 weeks of treatment,lesion severity,pruritus and sleep scores improved significantly(p<0.01);(2)There was no difference in the SCORAD between the three groups before treatment,the difference was statistically significant after treatment for 4weeks(p<0.05)and after treatment for 4 weeks(p<0.01),and the effect of 8 weeks treatment was better than 4weeks treatment.(3)Comparison of three groups of drying score: three groups of patients before treatment had no significant difference between dry score(p>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment(p<0.05)and after 8 weeks(p<0.01)of treatment,drying integral were decreased,and the treatment of 8 weeks declined more than 4 weeks of treatment,C group decreased more than B group and the A group.(4)Comparison of quality of life index: there was no significant difference between the three groups before treatment(p>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment(p<0.05)and after treatment for 8weeks(p<0.01),there was a difference between the three groups,C group decreased obviously than the B group,B group was better than the A group.(5)Comparison of the total effective rate: after treatment for 8 weeks,the effective rate was calculated,and the results showed that the effective rate of A group was 36.67%,the effective rate of B group was 76.67%,and the C group was 86.67%,p <0.01,the effect of the three groups in the treatment of atopic dermatitis were different,and C group >B group >A.(6)The recurrence rate comparison: in the first twelfth weeks after treatment,8 weeks after drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate of observation showed that A group recurrence rate was 72.72%,the recurrence rate of B group was 56.52%,the C group was 34.62%,p<0.05,three groups,there are differences between the three groups,and C group in reducing the recurrence rate of optimal.Conclusion: The method of Jianpi Qufeng and skin barrier repair milk in the treatment of atopic dermatitis,it has better curative effect on the improvement of the integral score of skin lesions,the integral of drying,the quality of life and so on,which is better than the other two groups,and the recurrence rate is lower.
