Objective:For children aged between2and12years atopic dermatitis in patients with TCM syndrome investigation, discuss TCM syndrome distribution, and analyze ages, gender, diets, duration, installment influence on TCM syndrome type distribution, and research the correlation of the skin physiological PH value, water content, the percutaneous moistrure loss and the types of TCM.Its severity vary with lesion severity,to guide the clinical prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods:Design questionnaire and research in the forms of enclosed questionnaire, investigation content includes:1:general informationsuch as age, gender, weight, production history, feeding way, diet partial eosinophilic,duration,etc;2:reference EASI scores, ratingthe patients’skin lesions, including the affected area, clinical features;3:observe and record patients with local symptom andsystemic symptoms, including skin colour, shape, face, tongue, tongue coating, lip, mainland, perspiration, pulse, and so on,to determine the classification of syndromes;Four, use skin test in patients with forearm flexor side and not in skin lesions TEWL,PH,water content in skin lesions. In order to reduce man-made causes o ferror, and all the questionnaires are completed by me.Then input the data into computer, induction, summary and statistical analysis research.Results:(1) In cases of atopic dermatitis patients,TCM syndrome types were divided into5types,its frequency rom high to low in turnis:the wet aggregates pixu and spleen deficience, damp and hot accumulate knot type, blood deficiency type dry wind, hot and humid and spleen deficience, blood deficiency wind dryness and clampto spleen deficiency.Of spleen deficience and clamp47.76%,isthe most witness moder.(2) Age,gender, genetic history of allergies was no significantdifference in TCM syndrome distribution. The distribution of syndromes have correlation with course, stages. diet partial.(3) Damp and hot accumulate knot syndrome in acute stage, the course more3<months;Pixu type wet aggregates mainly appear in thesubacute stage, the course of the disease in3months-1year multiple, blood deficiency wind dry type rare and chronic phase, the incidence increases with duration has a rising trend.(4) Correlated with atopic dermatitis diet partial addicted, addicted to more fat and spicy taste,of which the largest proportion of damp and hot accumulate knot type.(5) Comparing different lesion characterstics of syndromes distribution, total scores have sngnificant difference.Erythema integral supreme in the damp and hot accumulate knot card, moss, theintegral in blood deficiency wind dry is the highest.(6) TEWL value of affected area from high to low in turn is: Wind damp and hot group> Spleen wet Yun-type group> blood defici ency and wind-dryness group.Different TCM syndrome types of PHvalue and water content have no significant difference.(7) TEWL value of no-affected area from high to low in turn is:Blood deficiency and wind-dryness group> Spleen wet Yun-typegroup> Wind damp and hot group. TCM syndrome types of PH valueandwater content have no significant difference.Conclusion:In67cases of children aged2to12atopic dermatitis in TCM syndrome research, found that in addition to three single card types, there is also a certificate that shows the complexity of syndromes.TCM syndrome distribution and duration, staging, diet partial have a correlation, but age, gender, genetic history of allergies. In the research of TCM syndrome and the skin barrier parameters, the type of tyndrome was found and TEWL and correlated with water content, dry integral and TEWL and moisture content have significant correlation.Research the correlation between thetwo, the evaluation of disease occurrence, development, treatmentand outcome is important.
