Triptergium wilfordii Hook.F.Department of Tripterygium wilfordii dry root and rhizome of Celastraceae Tripterygium Liana,it has many kinds of biological activity,such as anti-inflammatory,anti allergic and anti fertility and so on,meanwhile,it has a good curative effect on the regulation of the immune system,and it also has a good therapeutic effect on the rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus diseases.Clinical research reveals that Tripterygium wilfordii has multiple organ toxicity,such as reproductive toxicity,kidney toxicity and so on;but the Tripterygium wilfordii is a widely used medicinal herbs,.How to maximize the control of toxicity,is a problem to solve.This topic will study Tripterygium wilfordii and Radix Astragali compatibility,aimed at the index components dissolution change the perspective of composition change after compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide experimental basis for clinical application of Tripterygium wilfordii.The first is to establish a HPLC method of tripterygium wilfordii,established a method for determination the content of triptonide 、tilforlide、triptolide and tripterine in tripterygium wilfordii.And on the basis of this study,researching and comparing the dissolution rate of triptonide 、tilforlide、triptolide and tripterine on the different compatibility proportion;Finally,researching the dissolution rate of triptonide 、tilforlide、triptolide and tripterine under the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine with different decoction ways.Objective:1.To investigate the assaying method of triptonide 、tilforlide、triptolide and tripterine in Tripterygium wilfordii.2.To investigate the assaying method of triptonide 、 tilforlide 、 triptolide and tripterine by various compatibility proportion.To investigate the dissolution of triptonide 、tilforlide、triptolide and tripterine to find the regularity that Tripterygiumwilfordii related to compatibility.3.Tripterygium wilfordii and Radix Astragali compatibility are to investigate the assaying method of triptonide 、tilforlide、triptolide and tripterine by various decoction manner.To investigate the dissolution of triptonide 、tilforlide、triptolide and tripterine to find the regularity.And then reveals connotation through the compatibilityMethods:1.Adopting the method of literature data,selecting the best determination of tripterygium wilfordii medicinal materials,Using the method of HPLC-DAD assayed tripterygium wilfordii chemical composition by content determination method.2.To investigate the assaying method of triptonide 、 tilforlide 、 triptolide and tripterine by various compatibility proportion.To investigate the dissolution of an effect through the compatibility.3.To investigate the assaying method of triptonide 、 tilforlide 、 triptolide and tripterine by various decoction manner.To investigate the dissolution o f an effect through the compatibility.Results:1.On the basis of the literature retrieval,combining with the experimental conditions,summing up the best assaying method of tripterygium wilfordii medicinal materials.2.Using the method of HPLC-DAD assayed tripterygium wilfordii chemical composition.Chromatographic conditions for: chromatographic column: Welch material Inc C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm x 250 mm,5μm);Mobile phase:(0.1%)phosphoric acid aqueous solution(A)-acetonitrile(B);Gradient elution: 0 ~ 15 min,10% ~ 35% B;15 ~ 25 min,35% ~ 35% B;25 ~ 30 min,35% ~ 35% B;30 ~ 35 min,55% B;35 ~ 40 min,55% ~ 60% B;40 ~ 70 min,60% ~ 60% B;70 ~ 75 min,85% ~95% B;75 ~ 80 min,95% ~ 100% B;Flow rate: 0.75 ml/min;Detection wavelength:210 nm,220 nm,425 nm;Column temperature: 30 ℃;the sample injection volume:10μl.The research results show obviously to decrease the 4 kinds of chemical composition by various decoction manner and various compatibility proportionConclusion:Owing to compatibility,can be seen from the change of the chemical composition,the different ways of compatibility can obviously reduce the content of the chemical composition,reducing toxicity,toxicity and effect between the conversion will have to investigate further,and drugs is the compatibility between the change of quality and quantity,not only the single addition.
