The Clinical Observation Of Active Ulcerative Colitis Of Qizhi Xueyu Pattern Treating By Xiaokui Huayu Decoction

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Xiaokui Huayu decoction for active ulcerative colitis of Qizhi Xueyu pattern.MethodsChoose 60 cases of active ulcerative colitis patients with the type of Qizhi Xueyu deficiency.They were averagely divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Each group contained 20 cases.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Xiaokui Huayu decoction,while the control group gave patients Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets.After the treatment of eight weeks,to observe the clinical effect,TCM symptoms integral,Mayo index,the integration of Baron,the value of FIB and D-D,quality of life as well as drug safety.Result(1)Comparison of the clinical effect:The treatment group results showed that 7 cases got clinical cure,9 cases were effective,4 were noneffective,the total effective rate was80%.The control group results showed that 6 cases got clinical cure,9 cases were effective,5 were noneffective,the total effective rate was 75%.Two groups of comparisons difference didnot have statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups has the similar effects.(2)Comparison of theTCM symptoms integral:The scores of TCM symptoms and syndromes are significantly decreased in the treatment group and the control group.The scores of the two groups are compared with those before treatment,and the difference is statistically analyzed(P <0.05 or P <0.01).The scores of the patients are significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05).The scores of the patients are significantly.Compared with the control group,the scores of the symptoms are compared with those of the treatment group.The results were statistically analyzed.The scores of the chest pain and the tongue is P <0.05,the pulse score is P <0.01,the symptom score and the total score of TCM syndrome > 0.05,suggesting that the two groups of drugs in the improvement of TCM syndrome on the effect of considerable,but the treatment group in improving the chest fullness,tongue and pulse better than the control group.(3)Mayo activity score: By the statistical analysis,the two groups before and after treatment are P <0.01,the difference is significant;There is no significant difference between the two groups in the Mayo activity score of the two groups after treatment,P =0.436> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,suggesting that both groups of drugs can reduce the activity index of patients,and the effect is quite.(4)Endoscopic Baron score: After statistical analysis,the two groups of before and after treatment are both P <0.01,the difference is significant;By analysising the two groups after treatment,the difference(P = 0.572> 0.05)was not statistically significant by T test.It suggests that the two groups of drugs can improve the intestinal mucosal image of UC patients,and the effect is quite.(5)FIB and DD values: The FIB,DD values of two groups before and after treatment are P <0.01.After treatment,the values ??of FIB and DD are compared between the two groups(P = 0.001 <0.01,P = 0.004 <0.01).The difference is significant;suggesting that both groups of drugs can improve the coagulation status of patients,but The treatment group was superior to the control group.(6)Quality of life score: The quality of life scores and total scores of the two groups' treatment are significantly improved by statistical analysis(P <0.01).Compared with the two groups,the scores of life quality are compared by statistical analysis.The statistical analysis showes that P <0.05 in the overall symptom score and total score,P<0.01 in the emotional ability score,suggesting that that the two groups of drugs on the quality of life of UC patients have varying degrees of improvement in all aspects.The ability of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in improving the overall quality of life,especially in improving systemic symptoms.(7)safety observation: There is not found that significant adverse reactions in the treatment group during the experiment.In the control group,there are 3 patients with varying degrees of headache and nausea symptoms,2 patients in the time of treatingin 2 and 4 weeks review safety indicators,it is found that Valley C and aspartate aminotransferase increases slightly.After two weeks of liver treatment,liver function are back to normal.ConclusionsXiaokui Huayu Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of qistagnation and blood stasis type UC patients,intestinal mucosa and coagulation status,reduce the patient's activity index,improve the quality of life of patients.It is found that it has no obvious adverse reactions,side effects,Suggesting that the eradication of Huayu Tang treatment of qistagnation and blood stasis type ulcerative colitis active patients with exact effect,it is worthy of clinical use and further study.
