Objective:Peripheral blood platelet count, mean platelet volume, coagulation index PT,FIB,DD and APTT levels in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)before and after treatment were measured to assess the coagulation status of patients with UC,providing a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of UC patients. Methods: A total of 25 patients with active ulcerative colitis who were admitted to the Gastroenterology Ward of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January2015 to December 2016 were selected and their blood routine and coagulation parameters were reexamined after the symptoms improved. For example, there were 10 males and 15 females, aged 17-67 years, with an average age of(44.52±16.48)years.All selected patients met the diagnostic criteria for active ulcerative colitis of the Chinese Medical Association's Chemicals Removal Committee, and blood routine and related coagulation parameters were obtained when patients were admitted to hospital and after treatment with different regimens.Including platelet count, mean platelet volume(MPV),prothrombin time(PT),partially activated prothrombin time(APTT),fibrinogen content(FIB),D-dimer content(DD).The collected data was analyzed using statistical software. Results: In patients with active ulcerative colitis, the platelet count and mean platelet volume were re-examined after treatment.Compared with those before treatment, the platelet count decreased and the average platelet volume increased. There was no significant difference(P> 0.05).After treatment, coagulation index, fibrinogen content and D-dimer content decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),prothrombin time and activated partial prothrombin time decreased, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Active ulcerative colitis in patients with hypercoagulable state, after treatment by different programs to remission, the hypercoagulable state better than before.
