Purpose:Malignant tumor patients with hypercoagulable state of blood,is a common symptom of malignant tumors, which can not only promote the formation of thrombosis, but also promote tumor cell proliferation and metastasis, affecting the survival and quality of life of patients. Therefore,it is important for the treatment of hypercoagulable state of cancer patients. This article mainly discusses the clinical research of acupuncture treatment of hypercoagulable state and the effect of acupuncture on clinical syndrome of patients with hypercoagulable state.Method:The hypercoagulable state in patients with malignant tumor in 60 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the control group(LMWH group)30 cases, experimental group(acupuncture treatment group)30 cases, two patients were given routine medical treatment of anti tumor drugs. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture, once a day,and the course of treatment was 14days;the control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin 4100 U subcutaneous injection, once a day,and the course of treatment was 14 days;during 1weeks of rest, continuous treatment for 2 courses. Two groups in the treatment before 1day and two weeks after treatment for two days, respectively, early morning to take the empty elbow median venous blood 3 ml,prothrombin time(PT),partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),plasma D-two dimer(D-D),platelet(PLT)were detected. To observe the improvement of blood stasis syndrome and clinical bleeding related adverse reactions during treatment.Result:1.To improve the hypercoagulable state of cancer patients: Compared with the control group, the APTT and PT of the experimental group and the control group were significantly prolonged(P<0.05),PLT,D-D and FIB were significantly decreased(P<0.05),statistically significant, indicating that the two groups of patients with malignant tumor in patients with hypercoagulable state and platelet count were significantly improved. But there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05).2.TCM blood stasis syndrome effect: In the experimental group, the curative effect of TCM syndrome was 7 cases,17 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 80.0%;the control group of traditional Chinese medicine blood stasis syndrome changes, markedly effective in 1 case, effective 8,ineffective in21 cases, the effective rate was 30%.Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the two groups was significantly different.Indicating that acupuncture treatment of blood stasis syndrome than before treatment significantly improved, and better than the control group.3.Safety evaluation: Two groups of patients with hemorrhagic-related adverse reactions(gum bleeding, melena, skin and mucous membrane petechia and ecchymosis, skin swelling,etc.)comparison.In the experimental group, hemorrhagic adverse events occurred in 0 cases;in the control group,6(20.00%)patients had hemorrhagic adverse reactions. The incidence of hemorrhagic adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.Indicating that no significant side effects of acupuncture treatment, application of safety. Conclusion: Acupuncture based on the theory of Chinese blood stasis can improve the hypercoagulable state of malignant tumors, the tumor can be hypercoagulable state of patients with certain prevention and treatment, while bleeding-related adverse events were significantly lower than the low molecular weight heparin group, good security.Acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the efficacy of TCM syndrome, which has a significant effect on the improvement of the quality of life of patients.
