| Objective: Observing the effect of the treatment of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis in improving hypercoagulable state of Primary Bronchogenic Carcinoma (PBC). Methods: 60 cases met the standards of patients with Lung cancer hypercoagulable state were randomly divided into 30 cases of the Study Group, 30 cases of the Control Group. The control Group only received conventional antineoplastic therapy, while the Study Group were treated with Xueshuantong injection besides the therapy mentioned above, 16 days as a treatment cycle, and every 5 days there came another treatment cycle. After 6 cycles, the general situations of two groups were compared, including coagulation index, D-dimers, appraisal of life quality (Karnofsky score) and Chinese medicine clinical symptoms scores assess. Results: Clinical studies have shown that the Study Group can significantly prolong TP and APTT (P<0.01), dramatically reduce the index of FIB and D-dimers (P<0.01); the improving efficacy of TCM symptoms of Study Group was better than Control Group (P <0.01); and the qualities were improved accordingly. Conclusion: The treatment of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood could improve the hypercoagulable state of Primary Bronchogenic Carcinoma (PBC); could improve the symptoms of blood stasis; and probably improve the life quality.
