Clinical Study On The Effect Of Ectroacupuncture Combined With Photoelectric Therapy On Lipid Metabolism Of Obese PCOS

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with photoelectric therapy in the treatment of obesity-induced PCOS with lipid metabolism,it can improve lipid metabolism disorders which providing a better treatment for the clinical treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:65cases of obese PCOS patients with lipid metabolism disorder were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases photoelectric group and 32 cases acupuncture group.In the total 3 courses,it used electro-acupuncture combined with photoelectric therapy and electro-acupuncture alone respectively.After total 3 courses of treatment,the changes of TCM symptoms,body weight,body mass index(BMI),menstrual cycle,sex hormone(LH?FSH?T),lipid metabolism(TG?TC?LDL-C?HDL-C)were observed.Results:There were 65 patients with obese PCOS and lipid metabolism disorder,which including 11 cases of hypercholesterolemia,28 cases of hypertriglyceridemia,5 cases of mixed hyperlipidemia and 21 cases of low HDL-C.Finally,60 people completed the treatment and 1 person pregnanted,4 people did not finished,the rate of fall off was 7.7%.(1)Chinese medicine symptom score:The scores of TCM symptoms were lower than before after treatment(p<0.01).Compared with the acupuncture group,photoelectric group decreased significantly(p<0.05).Optoelectronic group total effective rate was 86.67%,and electro-acupuncture group was 80%.But two groups had no statistical significance(p>0.05).(2)Weight?BMI:Compared with before treatment,body weight and BMI of two groups were markedly reduced(p<0.01).According to the comparison between two groups,it had no statistical significance(p>0.05).(3)Menstrual cycle:The menstrual cycle of two groups has obviously improved after treatment(p<0.05),and the efficacy of photoelectric group is better than EA group(p<0.05),(4)Sex hormone level:After treatment,the numerical values of LH and T were significantly decreased(p<0.01).The descend range of Photoelectric group LH and T is more than electroacupuncture group.Difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The FSH of two groups has no obvious change,it had no statistical significance(p>0.05).(5)Lipid metabolism:After treatment,the levels of lipid metabolism in both groups were significantly improved.Compared with prior treatment,TG,TC,LDL-C were decreased and HDL-C increased significantly.Difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).Optoelectronic group was superior to electroacupuncture group(p<0.05)in the aspect of reducing TG and raising HDL-C.The reduction of TC and LDL-C was similar in both groups(p>0.05).The total effective rate of improving lipid metabolism in the optoelectronic group was 90%,and EA group was 86.67%.There were no significant statistically differences between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusions:(1)Both electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture combined with photoelectric treatment can improve the fat metabolism of obese PCOS.They are clinically effective methods for the treatment of obesity-type PCOS lipid metabolic disorders.(2)From the aspect of reducing TG and elevating HDL-C effect,electroacupuncture combined with photoelectric therapy is better than electro-acupuncture.Two methods have equivalent effects in reducing TC and LDL-C.(3)From the aspects of improving obesity-type PCOS patients with traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,sex hormones and regulating menstrual cycle,electroacupuncture combined with photoelectric therapy is better than electro-acupuncture treatment.
