Objective To observe the effect of auditory speech rehabilitation on the rehabilitation of auditory speech in children with cochlear implantation, and to observe the effect of auditory speech rehabilitation on children with cochlear implantation.Materials and Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 97 cochlear implants in Qianfoshan Hospital of Shandong Province from 2014 to 2015.The follow-up contents were as follows:auditory behavior classification(CAP)standard questionnaire and speech intelligibility rating(SIR)standard questionnaire.Under the guidance of professionals, the patients were followed up for 2 years.,By the way parents to understand the way to score;implantation video or recording the form of an objective evaluation. Results 1,after 97 cases of cochlear implant in children with 2 years of follow-up observation, auditory behavior assessment:6 or more(without lip language can understand the details of the conversation)64 cases;5(without the help of lip Language can understand the commonly used phrases)18 cases;4(without lip language can distinguish words)15 cases.Verbal clarity assessment:4 or more(no need to listen to,can understand the coherent language)47 cases;3(focus and combined lip reading, can clearly understand the coherent language)44 cases;2(when combined with the conversation(82 cases)of cochlear implants with a 3-year-old and large vestibular aqueduct syndrome with satisfactory auditory verbal competence;very few(15(2 years old).2,large vestibular aqueduct integrated(ubiquitous),and the number of children with severe hearing loss and short-term follow-up.Children with large vestibular aqueduct syndrome(LAVS),especially children with a certain verbal basis, are associated with mondini malformations and have a good auditory speech ability after cochlear implantation.3,the average level of auditory speech levels,(1-3 years old)is significantly better than the older children(3-6 years old),implantation age,is an important factor in determining the prognosis of cochlear implantation, especially the hearing aid effect is not ideal 4,50 cases of cochlear fenestration,47 cases of round window membrane approach, after 6 months to 2 years of follow-up,the frequency of the language of the older children, speech intelligibility grade, significantly lower than the age of the implant. There was no significant difference between the two groups in CAP and SIR(P<0.05).5.The children with good preoperative language were better, and the auditory speech recovered better after cochlear implantation.6 cases of Waardenburg syndrome children with postoperative auditory speech ability to obtain satisfactory rehabilitation effect;2 cases of auditory nerve children,follow-up showed an average hearing threshold of 40dB,speech intelligibility score is not ideal;white matter dysplasia,5 cases,Into the age of less than 3 years old,2 cases of verbal intelligibility 4 or more,3 cases below 3.Conclusion 1,the residual hearing on the cochlear implant effect is obvious, large vestibular aqueduct syndrome patients after implantation of the cochlea can be satisfied with the auditory speech ability.2,implantation age is an important factor in determining the prognosis of cochlear implant:the earlier the implantation age,the better the auditory speech recovery effect. The cochlear incision and round window membrane approach had no significant effect on auditory speech rehabilitation after cochlear implantation, but to protect the high frequency(>8KHz)residual hearing and promote round window membrane approach.4,language basis is an important factor affecting the prognosis of cochlear implant.Preoperative language based on better children, cochlear implant surgery auditory speech recovery is better.5,Waardenburg syndrome in children with cochlear implantation, postoperative auditory speech ability can be satisfied with the rehabilitation effect;white matter dysplasia on cochlear implant effects have a greater impact, but need to follow up a large sample confirmed;auditory nerve children Cochlear implantation requires reasonable speech expectations.
