The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Treared By Self Massage(Cold Dampness Grinds To Type)

Purpose: This topic belongs to massage in the treatment of metabolic disease research,the purpose of this research is mainly by observing the self massage and simple oral medication and dampness grinds to type dysmenorrhea clinical curative effect,comparing the curative effects and advantages of two methods, and to make a scientific and objective judgement by the analysis,to provide an effective method for clinical treatment of depression.Method: Through more than one year to collect comply with the clinical cases of this topic,using single blind blind method, 60 clinical cases of outpatient completely random divided into two groups,treatment group using self massage therapy;control group using oral proprietary Chinese medicine tongjingwan,comparing the clinical curative effect of the two groups--- patients before and after treatment the symptoms after treatment,and then to carry on the comparative analysis between the two groups. The data analysis after treatment,the overall efficacy of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Result: Clinical total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 80.0% 。 The treatment group comparing with control group differences have significant meaning(P ﹤ 0.05),that is to say, the treatment group is significant in improving the symptoms,and the curative effect is better than the control group.
