In our country,the elderly population has become increasingly grim and the country running into an aging society.The weakening of family pension function and the shortage of institutional endowment resources make the community home care has the advantages of family pension and institutional pension,which has become an important way for our country to solve the problem of pension.However,the traditional pension mode presents a dilemma of medical and pension separation."Geriatric disease" is very common for the elderly,especially for the disabled,semi disabled elderly.Medical care,nursing,health care and other issues are their primary attention in the care services.With the growing demand for health care for the elderly,the demand for medical care and health services in the care of the elderly has been taken seriously.Nowadays,many community service centers have been integrated into the relevant medical services.The analysis of the availability of medical care and health services in community home care can not only improve the quality of old-age care service in our country,but also to promote the development of medical and pension integration.The accessibility of medical care and health services in the community home care as the research perspective.Based on the large background of the community home care and the medical and pension integration,with the help of KPI and AHP,building a system of indicators of community home care for medical care and health services and determining the weight of indicators.Then the present situation of medical care and health services in Qixia district is analyzed.Finally,it carries on the empirical analysis in two communities of Qixia district with Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.Then analyzing the existing problems in the five aspects of health human resources,services and facilities,economy,geography and safeguard measures,and putting forward the suggestions to optimize accessibility.
