The Correlation Between Coronary Slow Flow And Anxiety And Depression

Objective: We aimed to investigate the relationship between factors of anxiety and Depression and coronary slow flow.Methods:According to the results of coronary angiography,Using the corrected TIMI frame count method,patients with any coronary artery CTFC frame number ? 27 were included in the coronary slow flow group,The patients with normal coronary angiography were included in the control group,200 cases of Patients were divided into coronary slow flow group(100 Patients)and non-coronary slow flow group(100 Patients).The two groups of Patients were both used with SDS Self-rating Depression Scale and SAS Self-rating Anxiety Scale to score,at the same time to collect each laboratory indexes of each group's Patients.Results: The BMI index[(25.58±2.94)VS(24.54±3.06),P<0.05],SAS scores[(48.87±13.88)VS(39.52±14.65),P<0.01],and SDS scores [(50.02±13.17)VS(40.21±12.79),P<0.01] of Slow Flow group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The number of smoking [46(46%)VS,24(24%),P<0.01],drinking [47(47%)VS,21(21%),P<0.01],anxiety [58(58%)VS,33(33%),P<0.01],and Depression [56(56%)VS,30(30%),P<0.01] in Slow Flow group was significantly higher than that in control group.By Logistic regression analysis,it showed that BMI(OR:1.113,95%CI:1.004-1.234,P=0.041),anxiety(OR:2.119,95%CI:1.103-4.071,P=0.024),and Depression(OR:2.165,95%CI:1.122-4.179,P=0.021)were independent risk factors of coronary slow flow.Conclusion: The result showed that the number of anxiety and Depression as well as BMI index in coronary slow flow Patients were significantly higher than those in the normal population,and anxiety,Depression,and BMI level can be used as independent risk factors for CSFP.
