Objective:With the development and popularization of interventional techniques for coronary heart disease,Coronary slow flow phenomenon?CSFP?has been increasingly found in coronary angiography. As a clinical entity,CSFP has important clinical significance. It can cause angina pectoris, arrhythmia and even myocardial infarction, but its pathogenesis has not been clarified. This paper aims to study the correlation between clinical indicators and slow blood flow phenomenon,Exploring relevant risk factors to provide theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods:Selected the patients who were suspected coronary heart disease inpatient of Wuhu First People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.All of the patients had coronary angiography in the cardiac catheterization room.According to the coronary angiography TIMI blood flow frame count?TFC?,those without coronary artery epicardial vessel stenosis and showing slow blood flow were regarded as the observation group. There is a total of 44 cases,24 males and 20 females.During the same period, selected randomly those who were without coronary stenosis and with normal coronary blood flow was the control group,There is a total of 44 cases,16males and 28 females.Collected the general data, biochemical, blood routine,ECG and other clinical data of the two group.Statistical analysis of the data of the two groups wih SPSS22.0.Performed between the measurement data groups with t test.counting data.Insepctsd the counting data with??17?test.The correlation between the two factors was analyzed by Pearson correlation.Found independent risk factors for slow coronary flow with the multiple linear regression analysis. The difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Results:?1?There were no significant differences in age, gender, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, smoking, and BMI between the slow flow group and the control group?P>0.05?.?2?There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in hematocrit?42.58±4.69 VS 40.32±4.97,P=0.031?and alkaline phosphatase?87.1±27.13 VS 72.50±19.11,P=0.004??P<0.05?.?3?There were statistically significant difference in electrocardiogram?ECG?V6 lead ventricular wall activation time VAT-V6?56.01±4.61 VS 41.03±4.97,P<0.05?.?4?Multiple linear regression analysis showed that serum alkaline phosphatase level??=0.046,P<0.05?and VAT-V6??=0.502,P<0.05?may be independent risk factors for slow blood flow. The area under the ROC curve of serum alkaline phosphatase for predicting CSFP was0.668,and?75.5 U/L was the predictor of CSFP.The sensitivity and specificity were68.2%and 63.64%.VAT-V6 predicted the area under the ROC curve of CSFP was0.994,and?49.3ms was the predictor of CSFP.The sensitivity and specificity were97.7%and 95.5%.Conclusion:?1?The hematocrit and serum alkaline phosphatasel level of the patients with slow coronary blood flow were increased, and the VAT time of electrocardiogram V6 lead was prolonged..?2?Serum alkaline phosphatase level and VAT-V6 are positively correlated with average TFC.The level of Serum alkaline phosphatase, and VAT-V6 are independent risk factors for coronary slow flow phenomenon.
