Objective: To research the clinical hazards of coronary slow flow phenomenon and the relationship between coronary slow flow phenomenon and coronary microcircu-lation function. Methods: There were 143 patients who underwent coronary angiography due to angina pectoris in the People’s Hospital of China Medical University from October2018 to October 2020 were included.According to result of coronary angiography, they were divided into coronary slow flow phenomenon group(79 cases)and control group(64 cases). The general information and laboratory examination results of the two groups were statistically analyzed whether there were statistical differences, meanwhile,to investigate whether there was statistical difference in coronary flow reverse(CFR)measured by chest ultrasound between the two groups under adenosine load and to explore the correlation between CFR and CSFP.Results:Red blood cell count[(4.94±0.43)vs(4.63±0.47),P=0.04],hemoglobin[(141.1±12.54)vs(136.03±11.89),P=0.01],low density lipoprotein[(6.04±1.21)vs(5.62±1.14),P=0.02],neutrophil count[(4.11±1.24)vs(3.72±1.12),P=0.04]of CSFP group were higher than those of the control group.High density lipoprotein[(1.44±0.35)vs(1.63±0.45),P=0.04] and CFR[(1.56±0.62)vs(2.05±0.82),P < 0.01] were lower than those in the control group.Red blood cell count[OR=3.458,95% CL(1.342-8.909),p=0.01],Low density lipoprotein[OR=1.438,95%CL(1.002-2.063),p=0.03],CFR[OR=6.891,95%CL(2.597-8.762),P<0.01] were hazard of CSFP.CFR was negative relationship associated with the corrected mean myocardial infarction thrombolysis test(TIMI)frame count(r=-0.892,p<0.01).In addition,CFR<1.94 was shown to be a predictor of CSFP(sensitivity 69%,specificity 85%).Conclusion: Red blood cell count, low density lipoprotein and CFR are risk factors for CSFP.Coronary microcirculation dysfunction was correlated with the occurrence of CSFP.
