The Value Of Human Epididymis Protein 4 Combined With Other Factors In The Diagnosis Of Ovarian Cancer

Objective: To investigate the value of new serum tumor marker HE4 combined with CA125 and color doppler sonography in diagnosing the epithelial ovarian cancer,and the diagnostic value in the different HE4 positive interval.Methods: we did a retrospective analysis about 207 ovarian epithelial tumor patients including 73 malignant ovarian tumor patients,93 benign ovarian tumor patients and 41 borderline ovarian tumor patients of serum tumor marker and color doppler sonography results before the surgry during January.2013 to January.2016 in the first hospital of Xinjiang medical university.Results: The positive rate of HE4 ? CA125 and color doppler sonography among malignant and benign epithelial tumor was respectively,(2?HE4=80.38,P<0.005;2?CA125=93.02,P<0.005;2?color Doppler sonography=31.48,P<0.005);).The sensitivity?specificity?accuracy?the positive and negative prediction value of diagnosing the ovarian epithelial cancer detected by HE4 ? CA125 and color doppler sonography were respectively 75.34%?92.47%?84.94%?88.71%?82.69%;90.41%?84.95%?87.35%?82.50%?91.86% and 73.97%?69.89%?71.67%?65.85%?77.38%.The sensitivity?specificity?accuracy?the positive and negative prediction value of combined diagnosing by this three index were 98.63%?54.84%?74.10%?63.16%?98.08%.when HE4>105.10 pmol/L,the propotion of malignant tumor group is significantly higher than the benign tumor group(2? =7.22,P<0.005).Conclusion: The new serum tumor marker HE4 combined with CA125 and color doppler sonography in diagnosing the epithelial ovarian cancer can improve the accuracy before the surgery,reduce the misdiagnosis rate,and shows great cilinical value in early diagnosis and treatment as well as in improving prognosis.
