Serum HE4 And CA125 Single And Combined Detection Were Discussed In Early Diagnosis And Treatment Of Ovarian Cancer

Objective: To explore the role and value of HE4 and CA125 in the diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer.Methods: to collect the Shanghai jiading district maternity and child health care hospital HE4 and CA125 testing data of 55 cases(including: ovarian cancer group 30 cases,25 cases of ovarian benign tumor group),adopt SPSS19.0 software to analyze data,evaluation of serum HE4 and CAl25 significance in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.Results: 1.through to the 30 cases of patients with ovarian cancer and 25 cases of patients with ovarian benign data analysis results show that the joint detection sensitivity of HE4 and CA125,specific degrees,about an index,the positive predictive value,negative predictive value,is obviously higher than that of HE4 and CA125 single detection value,reflect the HE4 and CA125 joint detection has important significance for the detection of ovarian cancer.2.according to the international union of gynecology and obstetrics(FIGO)2009 surgical pathological staging criteria,30 patients with ovarian cancer staging,results showed that the late(Ⅲ-Ⅳ period),22 patients with ovarian cancer,serum HE4 and CA125 levels were significantly higher than those of the early(Ⅰ-Ⅱ period),8 cases of ovarian cancer patients(P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.By analyzing the data of HE4 and CA125 in 30 patients with ovarian cancer,serum HE4 was significantly higher than that of endometrial carcinoma and serous carcinoma group.Through data analysis,the data of HE4 and CA125 between two groups of endometrial carcinoma,mucinous carcinoma,serous carcinoma and clear cell carcinoma were analyzed by data,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.4.30 cases of ovarian cancer research sample of 18 cases of ovarian cancer patients with the same treatment phase(after surgery effect is obvious,the residual lesions diameter < 2cm,implementation is given priority to with platinum chemotherapy after surgery,every three weeks for a period of treatment,a total of 6 ~ 8 sessions)detection of HE4 and CA125 values expressed in the median,second after the chemotherapy HE4 median value has tended to be normal levels(serum HE4 > 150 pmol/L decide to positive);After the fourth chemotherapy CA125 median value returns to normal levels(serum CA125 > 35 u/ml judgment is positive),preoperative HE4 median level,respectively,compared with median 6 times after chemotherapy,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The median of preoperative CA125 was compared with the median after 1 chemotherapy,and P< 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Compared with the median of 5 times after chemotherapy,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It can be seen that in the treatment of ovarian cancer,the sensitivity of single test is better than that of CA125.In addition,HE4 and CA125 were significantly lower in median after chemotherapy than before surgery.Conclusion: 1.HE4 and CA125 are important for the detection of ovarian cancer.2.The diagnostic value of HE4 in the treatment of ovarian cancer is better than that of CA125;3.HE4 and CA125 may be more diagnostic in diagnosis of serous carcinoma.4.The joint detection of serum HE4 and CA125 has guiding value for the staging of ovarian cancer.
