| Objective: To explore the choice of conservative treatment of Uyghur medicine and surgical treatment of children with forearm double fracture and its clinical curative effect.Methods: In this study,we analyzed 60 cases of children with forearm double fracture treated between March 2014 and November 2016,According to the different treatment methods,we divided into 30 cases of Uygur medicine treatment group(external fixation group)and 30 cases of operation group(internal fixation group).The Uygur medical treatment group(external fixation)treatment using Uighur medical method to restore plaster external fixation,egg white bandage and four forearm plywood and forearm pallet fixed The surgical treatment group using closed reduction and intramedullary fixation with kirschner.After the fracture healing,to compared the fracture healing time,forearm function and the incidence of complications between two groups.Results: In the comparison of the length of the fracture healing time of the brachial fracture of the children,it was concluded that the Uygur medical treatment group was superior to the surgical treatment group(P<0.05);In the evaluation of the rotation function of the forearm,the Uygur medical treatment group was superior to the surgical treatment group(P<0.05)For children forearm observed incidence of complications after a double fracture treatment aspects,there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The clinical observation and follow-up results show that Uygur medicine conservative and surgical treatment have achieved remarkable results At the same time the two types of comparison can be found,The former in the fracture healing time is relatively short,Forearm function can be well restored,However,on the issue of complications The two groups do not have much difference.In the context of a comprehensive comparison There are significant advantages in taking Uighur external fixation programs... |
