| Objective: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and clinical treatment of adult community-acquired pneumonia in the region, and provide theoretical basis for adult CAP treatment in the area. Methods: There was a study, which included 124 adult cap patients admitted to the emergency from October 2015-October 2016.Culture of sputum before using antibiotics, record the results of bacterial culture, drug resistance, and improve the basic situation of patients, first blood examination results, treatment and prognosis.Using spss21.0 software, the measurement data t test or rank sum test and count data were x2 test. Results: The majority of adult patients with CAP in the emergency department were elderly patients, the average age was 65.37±16.688 years, male patients were more than female, the sex ratio was 1.58: 1.The patients with93.5 % were treated with anti-infection within 24 hours, the most commonly used antibiotics were beta-Lactams and quinolones.Pathogens were cultured in 48 cases(38.7 %)in 124 patients. The first three strains were Klebsiella 11,streptococcus pneumonia 9,Escherichia coli 8.Klebsiella and streptococcus were sensitive to beta-Lactams,quinolone and third-generation cephalosporin, and low sensitivity to Second-generation cephalosporins. Conclusion: The local emergency admission CAP patients mainly with elderly patients, pulmonary infection signs are not obvious, with various basic diseases, etiology is similar to the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in the old cap,the β-lactam and huxikuinuo are better. |
