Objective:Collected in our hospital in recent years, the complexity of urinary tract infection pathogenic bacteria species, distribution and drug resistance of related information, and compare data grouping according to time sequence control,it is concluded that complexity urinary tract infection(UTI)the changes of the species, distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria,to clinical pharmacists provided drugs in the treatment of complicated urinary tract infection patients with reference,so as to reduce the patient pain. Methods: Clinical data of patients with complex urinary tract infection admitted to the urology department of the first affiliated hospital of wannan medical college from January 2012 to December 2017 were collected, and relevant information of pathogenic bacteria was retrospectively analyzed. Results:A total of 1176 strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured, and the gender of the patients was 374 males and 802 females.Pathogenic bacteria is given priority to with gram-negative bacteria,a total of 818 strains, the proportion is 69.56%,gram-negative bacteria,a total of 302 strains, the proportion is 25.68%,fungi,a total of 56 strains, the proportion of 4.76%,ranking the top five pathogenic strains of all e.coli, enterococcus respectively aureus, klebsiella pneumoniae, singular proteus, excrement enterococcus, respectively, the proportion of 48.72%,12.07%,6.46%,12.07% and 5.44%.The resistance of escherichia coli to penicillin, cephalosporins of the second and third generations, and fluoroquinolones was over 60%.The detection rates of ESBLs in common gram-negative bacteria were 57.59%(330/573),23.68%(18/76)and 4.35%(3/69),respectively.Among staphylococcus aureus, the detection rate of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)was 26.92%(7/26).Comparative analysis in January 2012-December 2014 and January 2015-December 2017 before and after 3 years species, distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria,e.coli G-bacteria found ratio decreased(P < 0.01),earlier singular proteus proportion increased(P < 0.05),earlier dung enterococcus proportion of G + bacteria increased(P < 0.01),earlier epidermis staphylococcus proportion compared with the previous increased(P < 0.05).In terms of drug resistance, escherichia coli showed increased resistance to ampicillin, cefazolin and ceftriaxone(P < 0.01),and increased resistance to ceftazidine and levofloxacin(P < 0.05).Klebsiella pneumoniae showed increased resistance to ampicillin sulbactam and ceftriaxone(P < 0.05).There was an increase in the resistance of p.odens to levofloxacin(P < 0.01)and enterococcus faecalis to gentamicin(P < 0.05).Conclusion:As time passes and the unreasonable application of antibiotics, lead to the complexity of urinary tract infection of pathogenic bacteria species, distribution and drug resistance in the change, difficult to clinicians in the treatment of such diseases,so often should complexity of urinary tract infection a summary on the species, distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, regulate the rational use of antibiotics.
