Correlation Study Of FORT In Predicting IVF-ET Outcomes Of Elderly Infertile Women

Objective:Correlation Study of the value of FORT in predictting the outcomes of the elderly infertile women with IVF-ET.Methods:130 patients were divided into high(n=33),medium(n=41)and low FORT group(n=56)according to callculations of FORT 25% and 75%,who using antagonist protocol to COH in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Univercity Reproductive fertility center from January 2015 to January 2016.We compared retrospectiely controlled ovarian hyperstiulation data and laboratory related indexes among them.Results:There were noo significant difference in general condition(P < 0.05);In ovulation inducetion indexes,such as PFC(Premature follicle count)?the number of oocytes?2PN?2PN cleavage numbers ?number of transferred embryos and opptimal embryo numbers,the high and medium FORT group were higher than that of the lower FORT group(P < 0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the high and medium FORT group(P > 0.05);As the plantting rate and prenancy rate,there was no significent difference among them(P > 0.05).Conclusion: FORT can provide some clinical guicedance about the COH outcome for elderly infertile women: Patients who have a higher FORT value have a better better ovarian responds to Gn,but it remains to be further studied that whether FORT can be seamed as a reliable indicator to predicts the elderly infertile women?s finally pregnancy outcome.
