Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis With Kidney Deficiency And Cold Syndrome By Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine ion-introduction in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with kidney deficiency and cold disease through clinical observation,and to provide objective basis for the clinical application of Chinese medicine ion-introduction in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods: 60 patients with early metaphase ankylosing spondylitis(kidney deficiency and cold)who satisfied the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group conforming to the principle of randomization,30 cases in every group.Celecoxib was used for fundamental treatment,and oral administration was given once a day for 0.2g.The control group was given sulfonopyridine colon-soluble capsules with the dosage of0.25 g in the first week,which were orally taken three times a day,and then increased by 0.25 g every week until 0.75 g,which were orally taken three times a day for 12 weeks.In the treatment group,TCM ions were introduced into warming kidney and unblocking DU.The changes of western medicine syndrome score table,TCM syndrome score table,laboratory examination(ESR and CRP)before and after treatment were recorded.Results:1.The total effective rate: the treatment group was 93.33%,while the control group was 80%.The treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance9(p< 0.05).2.Symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: lumbosacral pain,back pain,spinal activity and other symptoms could be significantly improved after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(p< 0.05).3.Symptoms of western medicine: after treatment,BASDAI scores,BASFI scores and VAS scores of pain in both groups were decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(p< 0.05).4.Inflammatory indicators: the ESR and CRP quantitative value of the two groups were declined after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(p< 0.05).Conclusion:1.In the treatment of ankylitic spondylitis of kidney deficiency and cold type,the combination of TCM ion induction warming kidney and unblocking DU can improve the TCM syndrome score,BASDAI score,BASFI score,VAS score,pillow wall distance,Schober test,and inflammatory index(ESR,CRP)..2.The treatment of ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and cold type by the introduction of Chinese medicine ion induction warming kidney and unblocking DU has positive clinical significance and is worthy of further research and development.
