| Objective: To discuss the distribution rule of Chinese medicine syndromes of Uygur ethnic group women in the menopausal transition anxiety symptoms.Method: Choose 121 patients in the menopausal clinic of The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,Psychiatric ward,Gynecological clinic of Autonomous Region People’s Hospital outpatient or the ward of Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region of TCM from January 2016 to March 2017.The method of Chinese medicine clinical epidemiologic study was adopted to formulate the Chinese medicine syndrome questionnaire.121 cases were enrolled according to the inclusive criteria for the analysis on Chinese medicine syndrome elements so that the characteristics of syndrome rules were explored.Result: Dryness due to yin deficiency in 43 cases,occupy 35.53%,Liver qi stagnation in 43 cases,occupy 19.34%,Liver kidney yin deficiency in 12 cases,occupy 9.92%,Kidney yin deficiency in 12 cases,occupy 9.92%,Two Yin and yang deficiency of kidney in 11 cases,occupy 9.09%,Heart kidney failure 5 cases,occupy 4.13%,Kidney yang deficiency in 5 cases,occupy 4.13%,Phlegm damp block in 3 cases,occupy 2.48%,Deficiency of spleen and kidney yang in 1 cases,occupy 0.83%,Qi stagnation and blood stasis in 0 cases,occupy 0%.During this research of 121 case about Uygur ethnic group in the menopausal transition anxiety symptoms,Mild anxiety 95 case,(78.51%);Moderate anxiety 23 case(19.00%);Severe anxiety 3 case(2.48%).Conclud: Uygur perimenopausal anxiety with Yin deficiency and dryness and stagnation of liver qi,Liver kidney yin deficiency liver and kidney yin deficiency,and with mild anxiety. |
