Objective:to evaluate the role of PTEN and MDM2 gene in the women's expression and correlation of cervical lesions and cervical cancer tissues and to provide basis for prevention and diagnosis of cervical lesions.Method:Using immunohistochemical SP method in 120 cases of xinjiang,examine two gene protein expression in cervical lesions.According to the pathological diagnosis,dividing these cases into four groups,non neoplasia group(normal and chronic inflammation group),20 cases,CIN group 20 cases,CIN ? ?,CIN group 40 cases,?40 cases of cervical squamous carcinoma group.Result:1.The positive expression rate of PTEN in normal cervix?CIN?? CIN and ? ?cervical cancer group was gradually descend with the lesion severity(P < 0.05);2.The positive expression rate of MDM2 in normal cervix?CIN ??CIN?-? and cervical cancer group was gradually ascend with the lesion severity(P < 0.05);3.It has no statistical significance between the normal group with the CINI group in postitive expression rate of PTEN;It has statistical significance between the CINI group with the CIN?-? group in postitive expression rate of PTEN;It has no statistical significance between the cervical cancer group with the CIN?-? group in posttiive expression rate of PTEN;The posttive expression rate in normal group and cervical cancer group?CINI group and cervical cancer group has no statistical significance.4.It has no statistical significance between the normal group with the CINI group in postitive expression rate of MDM2;It has no statistical significance between the CINI group with the CIN?-? group in postitive expression rate of PTEN;It has no statistical significance between the CIN?-? group with the cervical cancer group in postitive expression rate of MDM2;The rest of groups which through pairwise comparison were all have statistical significance.Conclusion:PTEN and MDM2 protein in cervical disease and the occurrence of cancer are closely related,and the two with the progress of the cervical lesion was significantly negative correlation.
