Clinical Comparative Study Of The Technique Of Ilizarov And Triple Arthrodesis In Treatment Of Traumatic Deformity Of The Foot

Objective: Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Ilizarov technique with three joint fusion in the treatment of traumatic deformity of the foot.Methods:from March 2014 to March 2017,77 cases of traumatic horseshoe foot were treated with operation,47 cases were treated with Ilizarov technique,30 cases were treated with three joint fusion surgery.Postoperative deformity and functional recovery of patients were evaluated by AOFAS ankle foot scale system.Results in the Ilizarov group,the average plantar flexion deformity was 53.10 degrees,and the average plantar flexion deformity was 46.43 degrees,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Ilizarov technique group(51.75 + 10.681)ml,three joint fusion group(101.76 + 6.580)ml,three joint fusion group was significantly more than the amount of bleeding Ilizarov Technology Group(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the operation time of the two groups,the time of the operation of the AOFAS ankle-foot-scoring system and(P > 0.05).Conclusion for the patients with soft tissue conditions,the two treatment options have obvious therapeutic effect on traumatic horseshoe foot,and the clinical effect is clear.For patients with poor soft tissue conditions,it is not suitable to use invasive surgery,Ilizarov technology group was significantly better than the three joint fusion group.
