Objective: To discuss risk factors affecting the prognosis in patients with posterior circulation circulation cerebral infarction.Method: The clinical data of 112 consecutive hospitalmedpatients with acute PCCS confirmed by clinical and imaging were registered prospectivcly, and they were followed up for 6 months. The patients were divided into a good prognosis group(modified Rankin scale(mRS J score?2)and a poor prognosis group(mRS score?3)according to their mRS scores.using Logistic regression analysis of correlation between these factors and prognosis.Results:112 cases of posterior circulation cerebral infarction patients,82 cases had a good prognosis, severe disability in 27 cases,3 cases of death, multivariate Logistic regression analysis, regression analysis,112 cases of posterior circulation cerebral infarction patients, the prognosis is good in 82,there were 52 males and 30 females, severe disability in 27 cases, among them 19 cases of male, female 8 cases,3 cases died, including 2 cases of male, female 1 cases.Single factor analysis showed that: after the 2 groups were compared, high NIHSS score, high homocysteine, respiratory infection and mixed group of patients with severe vascular lesions showed poor prognosis. Conclusion: Hospital admission NIHSS score, hyperhomocysteinemia, infarction associated with respiratory infection and multiple lesions were associated with poor prognosis in patients with severe vascular disease.
