Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Qingfei Zhisi Decoction Combined With Loratadine In Treating Porcine Fever With Rhinotracheitis

Objective: to study the clearing lung check several joint loratadine therapy in lung soup with v type heat the clinical effect of the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine for clinical treatment of lung v type heat provides the theory basis for allergic rhinitis.Methods : all cases were from autonomous region hospital otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine outpatients,select 144 cases in line with the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria of patients,72 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group were,on the four weeks of treatment and curative effect observation.Treatment group with clear lung check several tonga subtraction joint loratadine tablets,the control group with loratadine tablets,4 weeks.In visits,record the patient's symptoms and signs integral.After statistics,using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis,symptoms between treatment group and control gro up before and after treatment was observed.Results: 1.The two groups before treatment symptoms and signs integral no significant difference(P > 0.05),two groups of comparable,curative effect after four weeks after treatment,the treatment group and co ntrol group with significant difference(P < 0.05).Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group.2.The four weeks after treatment,the treatment group: 50 cases were markedly effective,effective: 69.4%;,21 cases effectively,efficiently: 29.2%,1 cases ineffective,inefficient: 1.4%;Control group 3 cases had marked effect,show efficiency: 4.2%,effective cases 62 cases,efficient: 86.1%,invalid: 7 cases,no efficiency: 9.7%.Results show that the two methods of treatment are effective treatments for the disease,the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The two groups after treatment symptoms and signs of integral than before treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05),compared the signs and symptoms of two groups of integral have significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: clearing lung check several soup to loratadine joint type heat treatment of lung fu allergic rhinitis curative effect,and a single use loratadine better effect,for clinical combine traditional C hinese and western medicine treatment of lung fu heat type provides the theory basis for allergic rhinitis,is worth promoting.
