Clinical Observation Of Clear Lung And Strengthen Spleen Treatments For Children With Allergic Rhinitis(Lung Hot And Spleen Wet)

Objective: To explore the clinical effect on children with allergic rhinitis with themethod of clearing lung and strengthening spleen.Methods:Pediatric allergic rhinitis to conform to western medicine and Chinesemedicine lung hot and spleen wet of120cases, randomly divided into treatment group andcontrol group, fill in the form of medical records, compared before and after treatmentcomparison, observational study. Treatment group were given clear lung and strengthenspleen (Chinese medicine) oral; Control group given particle (HuaChang) oral loratadine,21days for a course of treatment.Result:Treatment group total effectiveness90.63%, control group total effectiveness89.29%, treatment group and control group in treatment effect is not significant difference(P>0.05); To improve congestion and loss of appetite, defecate pond treatment group weresuperior to that in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: The method of clearing lung and strengthening spleen(traditionalChinese medicine) in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis (lung heat and spleen wet) issafe and effective.
