Study On The Correlation Between Northwest Dryness Syndrome And Body Constitution Classification Of Coronary Heart Disease In Different Ethnic Groups In Xinjiang

Objective: 1)Comparison of Uygur,Han and Kazak patients with coronary heart disease of BCC syndrome type difference,to futher explore the differences of the BCC syndrome type between Xinjiang Uygur,Han and Kazak patients with coronary heart disease,who at the same time,with the Northwest Dryness Syndrome;2)To explore the relationship between the incidence of coronary heart disease,pathological changes and prognosis in the Northwest Dryness Syndrome and the different nationalities of Xinjiang(Uygur,Han and Kazak).Methods:December 2015-2016 using cross-sectional survey method in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine for coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and Western medicine were the first diagnosis for chest discomfort in patients with 850 cases,100 cases of healthy people.To establish the CHD and BCC type,survey and fill in the questionnaire.The application of standardized 9 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine quality scale to the BCC identification of patients with CHD,Statistical analysis of BCC of patients with coronary heart disease,To compare and analyze the similarities and differences between who suffer from or do not suffer from NDS.Results:1)Analysis of 850 cases of patients with BCC and dryness of the relationship found,Between the six groups(yang deficiency,yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,phlegm dampness,blood stasis,gentleness,more than for the mixed constitution was statistically significant difference in the incidence of dryness syndrome,P<0.05.2)The prevalence of different gender,age,nationality,eating habits,living environment,biochemical examination and dryness syndrome were statistically significant,P<0.05.3)Analysis of therelationship between coronary heart disease and dryness syndrome,there was no significant difference between groups,P>0.05.4)Analysis of 100 cases of healthy people and 850 cases of coronary heart disease in BCC,dryness syndrome and coronary heart disease,P<0.001 difference was statistically significant.conclusion:The study found that the differences between Xinjiang Han and Kazak different ethnic patients with CHD with BCC;Uygur Yang deficiency,yin deficiency constitution was higher than the Han and Kazak,Han and Kazak flat matter more than Uygur with peace quality.It is suggested that there is a correlation between dryness syndrome and constitution in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease...
