Epidemiological Characteristics Of Measles In Different Periods In Jilin Province

Purpose:After smallpox,polio was eliminated,the WHO(World Health Organization,WHO)under an urgent need to eliminate infectious diseases,but also to focus on the control of infectious diseases in china.Therefore,our country should pay special attention to measles elimination,since the early founding of the PRC,the province overall incidence of measles decreased gradually,from 1977 onwards,due to some policies and strategies for measles incidence in recent years gradually improve,low and stable state,but still occasionally years of measles outbreaks phenomenon,thus nearly 65 years of research,the incidence of measles and to discuss the corresponding area,time and population factors is very necessary,may find the cause of an outbreak of measles,and provide the basis for future work to eliminate measles.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of measles,we can find out which causes the outbreak of measles,recurrent and aggregation.Thus,the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward,which can provide some guidance for the future strategy change or improvement.Methods:Jilin province 1950~2015 years of measles cases collected,three measles data(including measles distribution area,time,gender,age,occupation distribution etc.)collected from the China information system for Disease Control and prevention of Jilin province measles monitoring information and measles Statistics Yearbook,the population basic information(Jilin resident population)collected from measles statistical yearbook.The statistical yearbook in accordance with the population distribution of missing data in 1950~1981 records,so only the analysis of planned immunization period of second stages and third stages of planned immunization period and immunization period of measles in gender,age and occupation epidemiology.Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the distribution characteristics of three cases of measles in Jilin Province during 1950-2015.Chi square test was used to analyze the statistical analysis of the incidence,incidence and constituent ratio of measles.The use of Microsoft excel(Microsoft Excel)2010,summed up the initial analysis of measles epidemic data,solved by statistical product and service solutions(Statistical Product and Service Solution,SPSS SPSS16.0)statistical analysis of the data,the qualitative analysis of the data by using chi square test,? =0.05 level test,P<0.001 had significant difference.The incidence rate of measles was calculated as the ratio between the number of measles and the total population(/10 million).The proportion of measles was calculated as the ratio of the incidence of measles and the total number of cases(* 100%).Results:The incidence rate of change and characteristics of measles in Jilin Province: 1950~2015 in Jilin province reported a total number of 1710557 cases of measles,measles and natural epidemic period(1950~1977 years)the total incidence of the incidence of 94.69%,the number of deaths in 31078 cases,including deaths accounted for the total number of deaths 95.74%,immunization early onset was significantly lower than that of natural epidemic date;planned immunization period(1978~2000 years)of measles in Jilin province decreased significantly,the total incidence of 4.42%;immunization period(2001~2015 years)the incidence of measles incidence accounted for 0.89%,during the 2006 measles outbreak,the reported incidence rate reached a peak of 17.41/10 million in 2009,a small peak;the reported incidence rate of 8.79/10 million.Then in 2011,2012,2013,the incidence of continued low,respectively 0.08/10 million and 0.08/10 million,0.61/10 million,reached 1.00/10 million in 2014,the incidence of sudden rising trend,the reported incidence rate increased to 11.81/10 million.Jilin province measles area distribution characteristic: in the middle of Jilin province is the measles incidence high incidence area.During the inoculation period,the high incidence cities(prefectures)were mainly Changchun and Jilin.There were no significant changes in the areas of measles prevalence in different periods,mainly in Changchun and Jilin,followed by Songyuan and siping.Jilin province measles time distribution characteristics: measles prevalence month in Jilin province is generally 3~6 months,that is,spring high incidence,showing obvious seasonal,3~6 month incidence accounted for 58.62% of the total number.The distribution characteristics of measles population in Jilin Province: the incidence of measles was basically the same in the period of measles immunization,and the proportion of women in different periods had not changed basically.The incidence of female in China was generally lower than that in men.In Jilin,the high age range in each immunization strategy ranges from a small group to a small age group and a younger group.The incidence of measles in Jilin province was basically the same as that of the scattered children and students,followed by workers,young children,home economics,housework,unemployment and other occupations.Conclusion:(1)Measles in Jilin province have concentrated area,mainly concentrated in the middle of Jilin province;(2)seasonal distribution characteristics,incidence occurred in 3~6 months;(3)gender distribution was higher in males than females;(4)age after the shift from the planned immunization period the small age group for immunization period small age and youth group "in Shuangfeng";(5)children and students are at high risk of major.
