The Clinical Observtion Of Needling Mainly Around Qiu Xu In Treating Strephenopodia After Aopexy

Objective:To observe the clinical effects and validity of needling mainly around qiu xu in treating strephenopodia after Apoplexy,finding a best effective and convenient method of treating this disease.Methods:The 60 patients of stroke who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by using randon digits table,and each group of 30 cases.Two groups accept basic theapy,in addition.The treatment group were treated with needling around qiu xu and conventional acupoints;the other were treated with traditional acupoints.two groups were treated with acupuncture 1 time per day and left 40 min.1 week was a course with 6 days acupuncture and then one day rset;in all,3 coures was needed.We evaluate the degree of strephenopodia by the Modified Scandinavian stroke scale(MESSS)?Fugl-Meyer lower limbs motor assessment scale and Strephenopodia Angle measurement.The data obtained with SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.The two groups have significant differences in the score of Fugl-Meyer lower limbs motor assessment scale before and after the treatment(P>0.05);after treatment the difference of the scores of Fugl-Meyer lower limbs motor assessment scale between the treatment group and control group has statistical significance(P<0.05).According to two groups to improve the degree of strephenopodia have curative effect,but the treatment form is superior to the control form.2.Before and after treatment the score of MESSS of two groups has significant difference(P<0.01),after treatment the difference of the scores of MESSS between the treatment group and control group has statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The two groups have significant differences in the score of Strephenopodia Angle measurement before and after the treatment(P>0.05);after treatment the difference of the scores of Strephenopodia Angle measurement between the treatment group and control group has statistical significance(P<0.05).According to two groups to improve the degree of strephenopodia have curative effect,but the treatment form is superior to the control form.4.After treatment the condition strephenopodia between two groups has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The needling mainly around qiu xu method can improve the degree of neurologic impairment significantly.2.The needling mainly around qiu xu method can improve the lower limbs motor function and the degree of streohenopodia significantly.
