Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Constipation Due To Deficiency Syndrome After Stroke By Tonifying Kidney And Moistening The Intestine

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and moistening the intestine to treat constipation after stroke,and to provide a simple and feasible optimized scheme for the treatment of constipation after stroke.Method:A total of 60 cases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Department of acupuncture in 201507 to 2016 07 months after stroke deficiency constipation patients as the research object,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group were treated with " tonifying kidney and moistening intestine " acupuncture method,selection of Guanyuan,Qihai,bilateral Zhaohai,bilateral Taixi,all points were used twirling lifting and interpolation operation,1 times a day;the control group with routine acupuncture,selection of bilateral Tianshu,bilateral Zhigou,two points were used to twist interpolation method provided,1 times a day.The two groups were treated with 7d for 1 courses,3 courses of treatment.The scores of constipation symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the improvement of constipation symptoms and clinical efficacy were evaluated in the two groups.Result:The baseline index of the 1.treatment group and the control group was not significantly different(P>0.05),and the baseline was comparable.2.The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,the symptoms of each group were significantly different(P<0.01).3.After treatment,the two groups had obvious differences in two aspects of defecation,difficulty and defecation(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the other symptoms(P>0.05).4.The constipation symptom scores and total scores of the treatment group decreased more obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Tonifying kidney and moistening intestine acupuncture can improve symptoms of constipation after stroke,especially in defecation and defecation,which was superior to routine acupuncture.2.The clinical effect of kidney tonifying and moistening the intestine acupuncture treatment of constipation after stroke was better than that of routine acupuncture,and it was worthy of clinical promotion.
