Research purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of " Chang San zhen" plus warm acupuncture in the treatment of patients with deficiency syndrome constipation after stroke,as well as the clinical symptoms of patients with deficiency syndrome constipation before and after treatment.Research method:In this study,60 patients meeting the standard were included,numbered1-60 by random number,and randomly divided into two groups.That is,no.1-30 is the treatment group and no.31-60 is the control group.On the basis of conventional treatment during the recovery period of stroke,the two groups selected acupoints respectively,namely,the control group referred to acupuncture and moxibustion therapeutics,a textbook of the 13 th five-year plan,for the treatment of constipation with deficiency and secret syndrome.Routine acupuncture was used.The treatment group was treated with "intestinal three needles" plus warm acupuncture(tianshu,shangjuxu and guan yuan).Patients in both groups were treated once a day for a course of 7days,with a day of rest during the period.There were two courses of treatment for 14 days.30 minutes at a time.Symptom scores after 14 days of treatment were compared between the two groups.Statistical software SPSS22.0 was used for data analysis.Research results:1.In the comparison between the two groups of clinical symptom scores before and after treatment,the two groups of symptom scores before treatment(P > 0.05),the difference is not statistically significant,there is comparability;After 14 days of treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were compared between the treatment group(P < 0.01)and the control group(P < 0.01).In the comparison between the treatment group and the control group,the frequency of defecation was P < 0.05 and the syndrome was P < 0.01,which proved that both the treatment group and the control groupcould effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients before and after treatment,but the overall treatment effect,especially in the frequency of defecation and the change of the syndrome,was superior to the control group.2.According to the symptom score before and 14 days after treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 73.33%,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).The results showed that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.During the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients,with stable vital signs,good patient compliance during the treatment,and no medical disputes or medical accidents.Research conclusion:1." Chang San Zhen " combined with warm acupuncture and moxibusti-on are effective in treating post apoplexy deficiency and mystery and traditional acupuncture and moxibustion in treating post apoplexy deficiency syndrome and constipation,but " Chang San Zhen " combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion is convenient and easy to operate and more acceptable to patients.In terms of curative effect,the effect of " Chang San Zhen " group is better than that of traditional acupuncture.2." Chang San Zhen " combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of asthenia after stroke.Especially in the frequency of defecation,as well as evidence of better effect than traditional acupuncture.
